This is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in and the worst Hilton I have ever been served by. Firstly, the staff at the reception didn't know if they were deliberately targeting or what the situation was when they saw we were Asian and deliberately gave us a room with an occupant, only to open the door and find two Asian occupants as well who asked, "What are you doing?" in utter horror. My friend and I had to close the door and go out, which was the first time in my life that I had ever seen that happen. Then we went to reception and the receptionist was in no hurry as if he knew we were coming back to him and didn't apologise, we were all very angry and he pretended not to know but just looked down and gave us another room. He said to us that it was a small chance, but I've stayed in more crap hotels and this doesn't happen, and the hotel is mostly white, how can you assign us to the same Asian people when the hotel is mostly white and black? I feel racially discriminated against. Your hotel staff did not apologise for making the experience so bad, so you can imagine the low quality of the hotel staff. Secondly, after we checked into our second room, the small door on the top floor of the bathroom fell down while we were using the toilet! That's right it fell down! I looked up and saw that the compartment was very dirty and the door wouldn't close, so I thought I would just push it and wait for the staff to come and fix it, but after calling no less than 10 numbers, no calls were made except for the hotel reservation number. I stood alone for half an hour pressing the door, only to have my partner go downstairs to the reception staff and they told us to change rooms. Nothing strange happened in the third room. Overall it was a very, very poor experience, no service experience at all. Would not recommend staying there.
非常差劲的酒店,这是我住过最烂的希尔顿酒店也是受到服务最差的希尔顿酒店。第一,reception的工作人员不知道是故意针对还是什么情况见我们是亚洲人故意给我们一间有住户的房间,结果一开门发现两个也是亚洲住户他们非常惊恐的问道:“你们干嘛!”我和我的朋友只好非常尴尬的关门出去,这是我人生中第一次碰见这种情况。然后去reception,前台的工作人员一点也不急仿佛是知道我们要回来找他,也没有歉意,我们都很生气他也装作不知道只是低头给我们开了另外一间房。并说对我们说这是小概率事件,但是我住过更加垃圾的酒店也不会出现这种情况,而且酒店大多数为白人,黑人住户你们怎么就偏偏给我们分配到了同亚洲人呢?我觉得受到了种族歧视。你们酒店让住户有这样不好的体验工作人员也没有歉意可想酒店员工素质之低。第二,我们在入住第二间房间后,在上厕所的时候洗手间顶层的小门直接掉下来了!没错就是掉下来了!我探头上去看看到隔层非常的脏,而且那个门也关不上,就想着就推着它等工作人员来修,结果打了不少于十个电话除了酒店预定电话打得通之外没有电话打得通。我一个人站着按着那个门按了半个小时,结果我的伙伴下楼去找reception工作人员之后他们才告诉我们换房间。第三间房没有发生什么奇怪的事情。总的来说是非常非常差劲的入住体验,完全没有任何受服务体验。不推荐入住。
