It’s an excellent and most Memorable one in the hotel, the service was awesome, the meal was fantastic, the gym, pool and all experience was one of a kind, we met with Joan the pool tutor she even taught us how to swim💃💃❤️❤️. I will recommend here over and over again. We actually did not know we can use the hotel to have a discount at the zoo. Next time we will read more about it all. A very lovely views also in the room 💃💕💕

This is your classic Good hotel with plenty of amenities. It is situated by the Edinburgh zoo and has a good bus access to the city centre. This place has a swimming pool, a sauna and a beautiful lobby with a bar. Smooth check in and check out process.

bed is a bit small, but still comfortable. quiet. The room has everything we need. it was a pleasant stay. location of the hotel is not close to the central area, but bus stop is just a door step, it is convenient to catch a bus to either go to the airport or the central area.

Overall we are satisfied with the stay. It was a little far from the city but we were attending a wedding nearby so it was the right choice :) The breakfast buffet spread was good we enjoyed it very much. We had the chance to use the sauna room and it was a great escape from the cold weather outside. As for the room, it was tastefully decorated. We thought it might be useful to replace the very classy trouser press machine with a small fridge although my husband found it useful with the trouser press XD Would recommend to those who want to visit the zoo nearby.

The front desk dealing was excellent. The hotel is at a very convenient location with ample bus service to city centre, u r not in a problem for this. Got 50 pc off for zoo visit. Absolutely family hotel n family environment. Food was also nice. Have really enjoyed my stay.
