Located 5 minutes’ drive from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Edinburgh city centre, Heriott Park Guest House is a conversion of 2 Edwardian townhouses built in 1903. Original features are still visible, such as an oak staircase and ornate plasterwork. Views over the city skyline can be enjoyed from the front of the property. Free Wi-Fi is featured in each room at Heriott Park, as well as an en suite shower room, flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. A traditional full Scottish breakfast is served in the dining room each morning, as well as vegetarian options and light snacks. A wide variety of nightlife, restaurants and shops can be found within the city centre, which can also be reached in a pleasant 20 – 30-minute walk. I've been put in here temporarily the couple next door are driving me round the wall. They keep chapping my door, banging about luke a heard of elephants to disturb my sleep, the woman's either boyfriend/fiancé or husband kept chapping on my door last night he kept prowling about outside my door until the back of 3 in the morning.. I got the police but they weren't interested nor is the owner as they seem to get away with it. If it was anywhere else they would have had a warning then if they had taken no notice which this couple haven't they would be out out. I don't keep well and have to put up with adults acting like toddlers having a tantrum. It's ridiculous. I've been on to my Social Worker to see if she can get me moved from here to somewhere else ASAP I can't take anymore!
