Very convenient hotel located in the newer part of the city. Lots of restaurants and shops around, everything is at walking distance! Rooms are not too big but they are very comfortable and modern. Loved it!

Everything was great apart from the shower that was leaking into the room. Good location, comfy bed. Free tea and coffee.

The shower leaks we had to put the towel down in front of the shower door…
The room feels like hospital rooms but overall we had a good stay at the hotel. It’s 10-15 minute walk to the city center.
There’s a gym on the basement floor also

The room is very clean and the hotel adopts minimalist design. And most importantly, I get to use the hotel toiletries from Urban Jungle which are eco-friendly and 100% organic.

I was amazed by how good this hotel was. A very modern room with a comfortable bed. Also, good service, top location and overall very clean. Would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a place to stay while visiting the city of Edinburgh.

My parents are 2 elderly in their 70s who are particularly on cleanliness. The room is to their satisfaction and they really like the hotel best in our entire UK trip.
