I am satisfied with the cleaness comparing with the hotel I stayed in Calgary, although it is only 2- star hotel. The front desk is friendly and gave my children toys to play when we checked in.

애드먼튼 공항에서 우버로 20여분 걸립니다. 비용은 33불 정도 했습니다. 근처에 한국 식당도 있지만… 걸어갈수 있는 거리는 아닙니다. 모든 일정은 우버로 해결했습니다. 방에 에어컨의 소리가…. 엄청커서… 잠잘때 끄고 잤습니다.

I had to change rooms three times. First room there was no heat. They moved me to another room and when I walked in it had not been cleaned yet. Finally got settled in a third room after an hour.

This appears to be a party hotel so absolutely no sleep all night. For over 19 years I have stayed in this hotel ALOT, but the last 3 weekends were all next door to party and no sleep with my son having to suffer at his sporting tryouts/practices. The staff said there was nothing they could do and didn’t try to correct it. As well, I have seen this hotel getting worse in condition and cleanliness each time we have went. Dirty, old carpet, squeaky floor, and very rundown. I will never stay here again now.

Booked this hotel because it was central between my daughters condo and U of A Hospital. Would much rather have stayed elsewhere. Internet did not work for the entire week, we had to keep fixing the toilet as it would constantly run, and the only time housekeeping made up our room was on day 3 when asked. One housekeeper was cleaning a room next to ours and we asked her to clean our room to which she replied “I don’t have time”. Even getting clean wash cloths and coffee and creamer was a chore! Walls are very thin, could here everything in the rooms next to ours. I would never recommend this property to anyone!! I won’t be staying here ever again.

Bathroom vents were very noticeably dirty on the ceiling but didn’t bother us. Had a great stay. Was quiet and the beds were soft and comfy.
