This was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.

It's really close to the Edmonton mall but the hotel is quite old, definitely some enhancements. No breakfast provided because of COVID.

床很舒服，房間也夠大，比預期的好，浴簾有點破，有點和其它設施格格不入，早點去晚了，還有五分鐘結束，但是服務員態度很好，主動拿出打包盒讓我們把東西帶走吃，這樣的人在加拿大不多

The staff were amazing. It was clean and is in an excellent location to WEM. Parking was great, the breakfast was very good.
One thing they should improve is that the door cards would deactivate often. The front desk staff were great about reprogramming them but it was a very big inconvenience.

Well, like always we got the handicapped room no tub the room was all right. The hallways were kind of dirty.

It was great stay close to the mall. Only thing with a lot of hotels lately. We book for two people and when I gets in. My room there is either one facecloth or no facecloths at all.

Great for walking to mall - unfortunately hotel didn’t have drink machine working so make sure to bring drinks for each night. Hotel was quiet up until weekend when we had a child or someone stomping and running in the room above us but luckily we travel with ear plugs so we managed. Good average hotel - not the comfiest beds but not the worst we have stayed in.

Very bad customer service I booked with ******* a month back
I showed up at the hotel they told me they have no room for me they told me I have to go somewhere else and the hotel was very dirty glad didn’t stay there
