Loosing the first star of 5 is for repair works that are overdue in that very room but have not been performed all week after receiving our report. Pictures available. second, all worth almost loosing all stars, they put us in the middle of a construction site, where Hilti and heavy machinery was noisy from morning to 6PM, and the beer drinking staff staying until 7PM we also could have missed very much. Even Sunday working was tough to stay. Confronting the management, the offered us two flats where our family with disabled would have been separated. a partial refund was rejected because computer said no. i guess they can not handle their booking platform properly. if you go there make sure they dont fool you the same way.
