Hotel Kilimanjaro spełnił w 100% nasze oczekiwania. Spędziliśmy wakacje z 9 msc dzieckiem. Sara jak i inni pracownicy hotelu zadbali o to aby w pokoju było łóżeczko dla dziecka, czajnik elektryczny by moc zrobic mleko. Wszystko było przygotowane przed naszym przyjazdem. Nawet zaproponowano nam jakies drobne zabawki na plaże dla dziecka :) Wybraliśmy ofertę z niepełnym wyżywieniem i bylismy miło zaskoczeni:) jedzenie bardzo smaczne, obsługa restauracji wspaniała 🥰 Recepcja czynna 24 h co było dla nas super bo check in mieliśmy o 1 w nocy, wszystko szybko i sprawnie poszło :) Miła i wielojęzyczna obsługa. Serdeczne podziękowania dla Sary i pozostałych pracowników, za to, ze tak wszystko zostało wspaniale zorganizowane 😘 Dziękujemy i do zobaczenia w kolejnym sezonie Leo,Marta,Adrian

Stayed here on a number of occasions, and have booked for this July 2024. Food good, rooms clean and in a good condition with aircon. Pool area very good. The staff from reception to bar staff, dining room staff, and domestic staff all extremely friendly and professional.

Stayed for a week with a friend; 2 decent bedrooms, daily cleaning, very helpful and friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant; plenty of food with lots of variety at breakfast and dinner; spacious pool with several depths, and lots of sunbeds plus showers; very near 2 sizeable supermarkets, handy for fruit, snacks and drinks; 10 minutes from nice beach, 3 minutes from weekly market and cafes (behind hotel); lots of steps in hotel, up to reception and between reception and restaurant but we were able to manage them, and staff were as helpful as possible; we would definitely like to stay here again, thanks to the lovely staff

Very good experience for a three stars hotel. The staff( restaurant, reception, cleaning) very kind a very helpfully. The food was excellent , I had half board . The cleaning was also fair . Parking place are a little bit difficult to be find .

the structure is located five minutes from the sea and the nightlife, and it is practically the only good thing. The dining room staff during breakfast looks at you as if you were the worst of thieves, at the reception you don't rely on them explaining how the parking works, you waste time and also the car! the only reliable person was the skinny blonde receptionist who was always smiling and kind. The cleaning of the room is creepy! Every day the cleaning ladies pass by and practically only make the bed, the floor always full of dust as well as the bathroom and the small terrace. If you have a second choice, go further

Stayed here from the 10th to the 24th of July 2022 half board. What a fantastic 2 week break . Staff from reception to the domestic workers all excellent. Food was a pleasant surprise. Evening meal had 3 choices. Meat , fish , and vegetarian options every day. The rooms were excellent clean as often as you want . All round excellent, and I will BE BACK

Everything was good. The service was as expected, the room was as described, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious food.
The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi was either super slow or not working at all.
