Niet hier boeken!!!!!! Wij dachten een leuke vriendinnenvakantie te plannen. Hotel is lekker dicht bij de ***** dus is helemaal perfect zou je denken. Wij merkten na 1 nacht al dat er gestolen werd van de kamer. We hadden veel contant geld bij, omdat hier vrijwel alles contant betaald moet worden. De kamers waren gepoetst en geld bleek weg te zijn. Ik heb dit gemeld bij de receptie en er werd vrijwel meteen gezegd “ het is je eigen schuld want je moet de kluis maar gebruiken.” De kluis die zijzelf hebben en waar je een eigen code in moet stellen, is volgens hun wel veilig. Ze beweren er ook echt niet in te kunnen, daarnaast passen niet alle dingen met waarde in het kleine kluisje. Het hotel doet er dus niks mee want het is niet te bewijzen, kort daarna stond heel de poetsploeg bij de receptie en overlegden zij in het Spaans, terwijl ze ondertussen steeds naar me keken. Grote kans dus dat het ging over wat ik net had besproken met de receptionist, want er was geen manager aanwezig. Morgen maar terug voor een gesprek met de manager. Goed advies, het is het niet waard, dus zoek alsjeblieft een ander hotel om dit te voorkomen.

Struttura datata ma ritinteggiata di recente e evidenti segni di ristrutturazione, per essere un 2 stelle una sorpresa. Buona la pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni, buona la colazione a buffet e il wi fi free. Personale cortese e disponibile. Posizione eccellente.veramente a 2 passi dalla spiaggia e dalla fermata Bus sia per l'aeroporto che per il centro. Per un w.e. ottima soluzione low cost. Consiglio

They steal from you, out of the save. 300 euro is gone. They make up a whole show but its common that they steal from you. You can see the other reactions. Dont ever book a room here. You will regret it.

Un réceptionniste qui vous donne l'impression de le gêner et qui par ailleurs son attitude ai irrespectueuse ! Le teide et teide 2 étant le même hôtel juste une annexe Mur en carton ( tu entend ton voisin aller au toilette /vomir etc )

Hallo zusammen! Ich war vor kurzem in dem Hotel und hab leider ebenfalls keine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Bei den ganzen Kommentaren wundert es mich, dass Menschen hier einchecken.
