Realice una reserva en booking y algo anduvo mal se cobro 2 veces, solicite el reembolso del dinero a la gente de LUPAMA se negaron me indican que me dejan la reserva abierta, solicitando la reserva para aprovechar ya que me cobraron 340 dolares y me dicen que los precios subieron, desde ese entonces le escribo y no me responden, no creo que deban tratar al turista de esa forma, poco serio y un robo. Estoy viendo hacer los reclamos con la camara de turismo de calafate para que no vuelva a suceder, tengo todo los respaldos en mi correo y los whatsapp.

Se encuentra ubicada a la entrada de la ciudad cerca del centro en una calle en subida (tener en cuenta si hay dificultades de movilidad). Se puede ir caminando al centro comercial. Es una hostería. Tiene detalles a mejorar con mantenimiento. Lo mejor: la atención del personal. Muy amables y con buena predisposición para colaborar con los huéspedes. Desayuno: correcto.

El hotel está bien ubicado a pocos metros del centro, si bien está en una pequeña loma esto hace que tenga muy linda vista. La limpieza excelente, la calidez de la atención del personal es óptima, los servicios muy bien y el desayuno es variado completo. Sin dudas volvería..,

Atendida por sus propios dueños muy atentos, me ayudaron con todas mis excursiones. La pile tenía buena temperatura y el desayuno muy completo y variado. La hostería es tranquila y con ambiente familiar. Volveré pronto con mi familia..

Se rescata la ubicación y la vista al lago. Pésimas instalaciones tanto en la habitación como en áreas comunes , no funcionaba teléfono ni frigobar bar, habitación pequeña para número de camas disponibles, malos enchufes, baño no confortable. No hay lugares cómodos para estar , mal desayuno , higiene no satisfactoria. Llevar valijas sin ruedas pues la entrada es de piedras y no hay ascensor. Trato del personal amable

Muy buen servicio, y muy buena la atención del personal en todo momento para resolver nuestros problemas. Desde el minuto uno que llegamos a la hosteria se siente un lugar cálido y agradable para estar. Esperamos volver al calafate y a Lupama

Una hostería con buena ubicación y además con el personal muy amable, cuando llegamos nos recibieron con un letrero con el nombre de cada uno de nosotros. Los desayunos son buenos , las habitaciones con vista al lago es excelente!! Cuenta con una pileta climatizada con la temperatura ideal .

Excelente atención, excelente servicio ,muy buena ubicación Cabe resaltar el cordial trato de Juli, quién está a cargo de la hostería , desayuno abundante, comida fresca ...muy recomendable Sumamente confortable
