They wouldn’t let me an early check in and could even leave my luggage - no lockers. I had a wedding ceremony at the check in time so I had to go with my bags to the church.
Hotel need to improve customer service. And property needs to invest in special needs allocation. Too many steps and ramps made of natural stone

Slim lady at the front desk real nice and friendly and professional the food waiters at the patios some polite others just there no extras found a bone on my burger chip my tooth food service manager acted no big deal offered a 20 percent discount on the burger sounds like joke I advise him to be more careful with the products that they are using

The hotel chain has three hotels, The one by the lake is the best however you need to carry all your luggage because they don't have an elevator.

The staff is amazing! The view and proximity to the lake is outstanding! The only thing that I was surprised to find was that our room did not have a closet or drawers to store our clothes. Nor was there a safe to secure valuables. However, I felt safe and secure with the hotel and staff the entire time. I would recommend this hotel for families. We’ll definitely be returning!

By El Salvador standards a little steep in terms of price but well worth the outlay - spectacular views of Lake Coatepeque and good quality service.

The hotel facilities are breathtaking. If you’re looking for a place to relax, this is the place. The staff is very friendly.
There is scarcity of supplies such a towels and toilet paper. We made a reservation for 4 and they had only provided us with 2 towels. As for the toilet paper, they only provide you with a roll at a time. Despite this, I would return to this hotel.

The view is great and so is the service. Carlos was very attentive and the place is big but I like how fast the staff give you a ride with the gold cart. The views are breathtaking and the facility is really clean and maintained. The food a little pricey than other places but it's ok since the quality is top notch. Best shrimp pizza I have ever had.

The hotel settings at Cardedeu is one of the most beautiful but the hotel lacks of good management as well as improvements in general. For example the beds and pillows are so hard not for a $200 night hotel. Someone should test the mattress before makig decicions they are really uncomfortable, the other negative most hotels in El Salvador include breakfast this place doesn't included and the price of breakfast is overrated. I had a coffee and they charge $3.75. The hotel also has a reception area that is rented for weddings parties. The music went on until 1am. Not a peaceful place and highly overrated.
