Baymont by Wyndham El Dorado

Guy working frond desk was a ****. A complete liar. Would not recommend going to this hotel

The heater/ ac unit squeeked squalled off and on all night. The paint was chipped and falling off. The shower was messed up and water sprayed all over the bathroom as soon as i transfered it from tub to shower setting. The towel rack had a broken rod that was missing. Plus it was leaning.The shower head also looked rusty or just plain filthy. Being 100% honest one of worst ive ever stayed in. The also put a hold for an extra 50$ on my account on top of the room price. The door was hard to open. Once you unlocked it you had to turn handle and either kick or slam shoulder into to door to open it.

You get what you pay for! I didn’t expect perfection from the Baymont Inn based upon the nightly fee but I also didn’t expect a 1/4” air gap around the door letting cold air and daylight in. The breakfast was very disappointing. It consisted of coffee, waffles, and a loaf of bread. That’s all. The rooms are behind a restaurant and I didn’t feel entirely comfortable and safe. It is a motel, not a hotel. I won’t be staying here again.

The room was not clean. There was dried urine on the toilet. The bedspread was dirty. The towels were tiny and rough. I would have given it one star if the price had not been low enough to reduce my expectations. The area has other places close by with better rooms for a nominal price increase.

You get what you pay for but it was too highly rated. The beds were comfortable but everything else was extremely outdated and felt dirty. The man that checked us in didn't know any English. The breakfast was oatmeal, waffle mix that had been sitting there, and toast and that was all. No staff was there to help out. Not a pleasant experience. We will not be staying there again.

The breakfast was virtually nonexistent. Cups of waffle mix in a fridge that looked like they had been sitting there for a week, and cold coffee, and that is it. None of the amenities the advertised were available. I travel a lot, and never leave reviews, but this place ******.

I loved the room but I was upset because the room was not clean, the ice bucket was filled with water that dripped from the ceiling, there was clumps of dirt on the floor. The heart shaped jacuzzi was dirty, the pillows were not on the bed and did not have pillow cases, there was no towels, rags or anything eles in the bathroom. The pool was being maintenance so was not able to use it. There was no housekeepers all weekend to clean my room.

Was not impressed that the indoor gaming area was plugged in and appeared working but didn’t after paying and the pool was down as well.

Not a great place to stay. Floors dirty. Had to leave a deposit and not sure if we will get it back. Took pictures of all items in room. Won’t ever stay there again. Restaurant had great food!
