The staff are friendly at the reception. However, the breakfast is not what it advertises for. However, the breakfast team were accommodating and Eric the manager very nice guy. Other than the breakfast not reflecting what is advertised for everything else was good. Looking forward to the flag ship hotel soon :)

Great location, comfortable and clean hotel in the centre of El Nido, with that little bit of added luxury. Lovely rooftop bar/restaurant to enjoy the view of the bay, with live music most evenings. Staff professional but also friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend.
