I enjoyed my stay at the Red Roof Plus. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and I had enough towels. Only complaint I have is that there was no one at the front desk for my check in or check out. I had to wait as there was a sign left on the counter that stated will be back in 15 minutes. That is very inconvenient for someone that has been driving for ten hours and is ready to check in.

They got a 4 stars because they were still cleaning my room after it got assigned to me, so I had to wait in the lobby for a little bit! But the experience was great, quiet place, and the staff was caring. It was a good experience

I didn’t receive any hand towels with housekeeping.
The batteries in the remote control were dead.
Elevator was very slow and made loud disconcerting noises.

I had reserved a premium room and nothing in the room seemed to look or feel premium. Not enough parking. It was for a family of four and only had two towels in my room.

It was ok, but you get what you pay for. Old, no restaurants nearby, cooking smells in hallway, highway noise and light doesn’t make for a good night’s sleep.
