Sleep Inn University

청결상태가 부족하였고 고속도로에서 접근이 어려운 단점이 있었음. 또한 관건장치와 화장실 청결도 고려할 필요가 있었음. 따라서 이 상태가 지속되면 친구에게 권유하기 어려움.

This property was absolutely filthy. Stained pillows, mattress pads and mattresses, white goo running down the faux leather bed skirt, stains on the chair. The air conditioner was broken and there was no light in the bathroom, it had been removed and there was just an opened gap in the ceiling. I immediately went back to the front desk, stained pillow in tow, and asked for a refund. I was offered a different room and declined, I just wanted a refund. The front desk clerk said she would "have to text the manager" and I would receive a refund in three days. That was March 22nd, and I still have not received a refund. I knew it would be a fight to get my money back but there was no way my children and I were going to sleep in that filth. So at 10:30pm I was lugging two tired kids around trying to find another hotel room. Oh and don't bother going to the hotel across the parking lot, they are run by the same people and have the same manager so if you go in complaining about the Sleep Inn across the parking lot and looking for a room for the night they will automatically tell you they are booked for the night.

I found the property to be about average. There were stains on the carpet in our room. There weren't even cups in the room for us to get us some water. No coffee maker in the room The breakfast was okay no butter for the bread or waffles. I don't think I will be booking with that particular hotel again.

It was a nice stay overall. A few things didn't work but it was alright and nothing super important.

This hotel needs some upgrades asap. Bed was old and very uncomfortable for rest. Shower with no light inside. Toilet water deposit always with the sound of wasting water thanks to floater malfunction. One of the light bulbs from mirror-zinc was blinking till went off totally.

Long hair in the shower. Toilet was loose and felt like it was broken. Big gap in the door and lock. Bed was really soft and outdated

Terrible, staff and customer services is the worst, I booked this hotel cause I wanted to take my kids to the Indoor pool, turns out pool was closed and staff did not care they just said pool was dirty, I wanted to cancel because that was the hole point to go to the indoor pool, this was not notified when booking so it’s misleading…. Staff was rude and did not care

It was very nice and clean… I loved the set up… but the plugs by the bed didn’t work… I saved the name for the next time I’m in el paseo

No blanket on bed, ac kept coming on and freezing the room, pictures on walls was ripped off, tv didn’t work and light was hanging in the shower. I tried calling front desk all night with no answer.
