Convenient area for our stay. Victoria and Abbey were both very welcoming, and extremely friendly. Only one little mishap with the elevator breaking down and my elderly parent having to hike four flights of stairs. But other than that, it was a great stay.

Everything was extremely clean from first step into the lobby to entering our hotel room. Gym was perfect too! Great selection of machines to use and large selection of weights that we can appreciate. Would stay here again

The rooms on the first floor smelled like sewage, but personnel on shift was very, respectful, patient, helpful and nice.

We stayed in room 224 and were shocked at the overwhelming odor or sewage in our room. When we approached the front desk about it, the gentleman stated that they are well are of the problem but that it continues to be left un-repaired. He was unable to give us another room since the hotel was completely booked.

We checked into our room on a very busy (no vacancy) weekend. There was a very bad odor in the hallway across from our room that eventually worked its way across to ours. The man at the desk overnight told us that the smell had been there since they opened in April and nothing had been done about it. We made a late night run to Walmart to get Febreze spray to help us make it through the night.

The people and cleaning crew were top notch! Continental Breakfast was well stocked and fresh.
One issue though: There was the weird smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. Another couple said the same thing when we were on the elevator. Someone should REALLY look into that! If the first impression is the room smells like SH*T you should make that a top priority!

Overall good service feom the employees. Was on the 3rd floor and the people avobe were having pike a party and they were bouncing all night. You can also hear every step they took all night. Had to complain gat 3am since i could not go to sleep and had to be up early.

The breakfast could have been a little better. The potatoes where cut too big the fruit sat out too long there is no waffle maker and not a lot of variety of food. Other than that everything else was great.
