The place is always clean. Waitresses are professional and respectful. Food is delicious and I love that always have good music on friday's night. I also like how easy and fast it was to make a reservation. We visit this place every 3 months and they always have good quality of everything.

First and last time, I will not return to this place, we spent 3 days with my family in March 2024. The beach is beautiful. But at the reception the customer service is terrible. You can find a better place for that price.$$$

We hay great time. I visite with my family and friendo, great place, good environment. Good food and my daugther had a great day. We Will go back again soon. We Will be glad to invite other to visit this place

We steyed in a junior Bungalows, but we really enjoyed the places, everything was clean and ordered, That places so be quiet. The receptionist was kind with us, the bar tender really made delicious beverages and we could see the sea with the sunrise.

My recent experience at this resort on January 1, 2024 left me thoroughly disappointed, and it's crucial to share the truth beyond the misleading online images. The facilities are in a deplorable state, showcasing evident signs of neglect and lack of maintenance. The bungalows are far from the advertised comfort, with dated and worn-out furniture, ancient bedding, and unbearable heat in the living room area – a stark contrast to the only relief found in the bedrooms equipped with air conditioning. The appliances, including a minuscule refrigerator and a microwave reminiscent of a bygone era, reflect the resort's dire need for upgrades. The entire place begs for a fresh coat of paint to conceal the visible corrosion, and the outdated shower adds to the overall lackluster ambiance. The overall vibe is reminiscent of a poorly maintained motel rather than a resort. Moving on to the service, the term "horrible" falls short. Enduring hours for basic services, even with an all-inclusive option, becomes a frustrating ordeal. The food offerings are minimal, resembling a street vendor's menu, with meager options like beans, eggs, and a solitary slice of bread for breakfast. Lunch mirrors this simplicity, further underscoring the lack of culinary variety. Ordering anything, be it food or drinks, becomes a test of patience, with overworked employees seemingly devoid of enthusiasm for their roles. The nickel-and-diming approach adds insult to injury, and the service's sluggish nature hints at an overworked and dispirited staff. Spending time or money here is a regrettable decision, especially considering how the resort continues to sell memberships despite its dilapidated state and unimpressive location with little to offer. Each night becomes a monotonous affair with lackluster live shows that resemble a subpar circus act rather than an engaging entertainment experience. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this establishment at all costs. It's bewildering how they maintain the audacity to market memberships when the reality is an outdated, crumbling, and uninspiring venue.

The food is delicious and plentiful, the hotel rooms are just perfect for a relaxing vacation but nothing like the kindness and hospitality of their employers who are always willing to attend and help the costumers.

We ended our stay in San Salvador by spending three lovely days here. The weather was beautiful, and this location was the perfect relaxation spot. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, we did have issues checking in. We were a large group, and even though we had booked and paid for everything in advance, the resort had confused some of our rooms and access passes. It took over an hour to clear everything up, and by the time we finally got to our room, I was exhausted. Unfortunately, the beds were a little bit uncomfortable. My husband and I were expecting a double bed, but it room had 2 separate beds, and we couldn't move them together because of the nightstand in the center and aplastic information card sticking out in the wall between the 2 beds. (That's another story). When we asked for extra towels, they were provided, but only after they confirmed how many towels were already in our room. ( I guess they thought we were going to steal them)? The food and drinks were really good. Very authentic. Overall, we loved the location. I just felt like there wasn't a lot of proper administration coordination.

Management does not put guests first! I am appalled at the fact that this “resort” has a 4 rating! This place is HORRIBLE! They only give you 2 towels per room regardless how many people you say will be staying in the room. The beach/ pool area does not provide towels you have to use the only 2 towels they provide to your room. The shower did not drain. The toilet barely flushed. Food is not included. There are no extra amenities offered. The breakfast buffet was subpar the eggs were runny, the plantains were cooked in what seemed burnt oil, the coffee was watered down. No free refills on coffee. They are very hesitant to try to make any accommodations to please their guests. In order to have our bathroom draining issues fixed we had 3 different workers come into the room to inspect, they did not even offer to clean the bathroom floor after they walked inside and carried in their dirt. Finally they switched us to a new room and the room was terribly hot, they rushed us out of our first room to switch to the new room without even prepping the new room. Overall this trip was awful, neither I nor my family will ever be returning to this hotel. If the awful service doesn’t run you off the flys and Bees that follow you everywhere including while you try to enjoy your meal will certainly make your trip horrible.
