Great family resort, kids loved the pools and slides (and adults). Nic3 beach and beach bar We loved the Bali bungalows and Bali pool, and would recommend the Thursday night poolside BBQ. And the Italian restaurant, movie show was also great at the coliseum,

Very nice resort with excellent bungalows and enough swimming pools and sunbeds, but the entertainment could be better for childs that don't speak Spanish.

We stayed in the La Marina campsite in early July this year, a family of 5. My children are aged between 10 to 15 yrs and the campsite offered everyone something to do. The campsite and surrounding areas are extremely clean and live up to the videos and pictures promoted on their website. There was nightly entertainment and much on offer for our boys to preoccupy themselves. The buffet area was extremely clean, bright and had a good choice of dishes to choose from daily. I would recommend car hire however because the campsite is somewhat remote. Albeit it's a short drive from Alicante airport, having the car allowed us to visit neighbouring towns such as Santa Pola, Elche, Torrevieja and attend to some activities. The campsite is very compact and offers all you need as a family. General prices of food and drink are very reasonable. The beach is very accessible (10-15 min walk) but the campsite runs a free train ride every 15-30 mins until 7:30 pm, so there's plenty of chances to hop on and off. Finally we staying the Bali accommodation which was a real treat. They were extremely clean, plenty of room for a family of 5 and very well equipped with all your needs. We went half board so unfortunately we did not make use of the barbecue on offer which was pretty impressive. Overall we couldn't recommend this place enough ... it had everything you would want from a 5 star facility.

The accommodation was fantastic. Really well furnished and equipped. Super clean and efficient air conditioning and fans. Private jacuzzi and BBQ. However, the resort seems to be overcrowded with a lot of camping spaces and day trippers. There were a number of people and youngsters riding arounbd at speed on electric scooters posing a danger to everyone, especially young children and toddlers. Electric scooters should be banned in the resort. WIFI variable - we did not have cover in certain areas. The buffet needs to introduce some control to stop children from messing with and tasting food.

Great service -and lovely room with fantastic cleaning and room service.would definitely come again.staff amazing and hospitality well done ;5 stars all the way .thank you to all the staff for making our holiday amazing. Bar staff and restaurant couldn’t do enough to help .

We stayed on a Leading pitch (number 510) with the bathroom and kitchen on it and this was very convenient and clean. However, this pitch was also close to Sanatory block 4 which in its self very new and clean, so when we go again we will probably have one of the standard plots. This side of the site is also a little less noisy then other parts of the site.

Very sad to have to write such a bad review. We were trying to book for a 5 night stay but got turned down, we were told to ask for day pass again got turned down . So qwe ended up in a lovely Airbnb just next door. There are some very sad facts to this facility. First the positive , great well priced supermarket, Waterpark looked amazing although we were not able to use it. The rooftop bar is great. The bad.. we used most restaurants each day but some shocking facts. 1st , as a family resort we were glad not to have stayed there, the shows start at 10pm and go to Very late, we found this very co fusing , it was to loud us staying away and certainly glad we did not manage to book on-site. All is different when there was a show. We got offered a random paper menu and although we chose food item & drinks we had to pay double as we asked for the drinks first whilst we discussed the food with our 8 & 10 year Olds.... than the biggest let down, ordering several items off a menu which we got told to use via QR code , only finding out that most of the food prices were not correct, the burger cam out totally undercooked , we do appreciate a medium cooked Angus burger but not raw to rare. So we did not wanted to argue the extra cost but did offer them to adjust pricing to prevent me batching online . We gad instantly a 2nd staff there with a card payment option and clearly there was not even space to discuss anything. At the end of the day. This is a very very large scale profit making enterprise with no case by case flexibility .
