Wonderful hotel and staff fully wonderfully..

Facilities are amazing
The only issue would be some lack of facilities signage
The swimming pool is not clear as to where it is nor is the farmhouse restaurant.
Reception are great but only one key is given as norm despite 2 people staying in a room.
Also clock for London had not been updated correctly. Reception staff wish to update but management seems to be strict on what they can do.
Front entrance are wonderful and so helpful.
Lifts for floor 8 and 3 are common but other floors require room key to work.
Not really explained as it is assumed patrons are fully aware.

My short stay at the Eka Hotel Eldoret was quite an event. The experience was way beyond my expectation. This is one place I would not hesitate to recommend to any guest any day. Keep doing the good work team Eka Hotel Eldoret.

Great option in Eldoret, including for business travel. I have stayed at Eka Eldoret on multiple occasions and have consistently had a positive experience. The room as spacious, well equipped, in good condition and always clean. Food is good, with multiple options. Gym has all you need, including steam room, etc. Staff has always been friendly and attentive. Location attached to shopping centre gives easy access to multiple services. An easy recommendation.

We really liked the Eka in Eldoret. The rooms were very clean, AC was great, and breakfasts were wonderful. We also really liked grabbing a drink at the third-floor bar in the evenings. The staff were really nice and helpful, in particular Faith, who was really wonderful at helping us get settled. Oh, and being right next to the mall is SO helpful!

My experience was AMAZING! Thank you Team Eka! Most especially Lucy Makau my room stewardess, chefs Martine and Bonke for taking care of my specific needs. Remmy the guest relations officer for always following up on my 5 nights stay and making sure i was comfortable in all levels. Definitely this is the place to be if you are ever in Eldoret! I call it my honme away from home. Thank you Eka hotel!

The staff are welcoming, friendly and the food is of great quality. Wide variety for meals and the fruits enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The health club team are friendly and helpful. Overall stay was great and I truly enjoyed myself.
