MPM Hotel Zornitza Sands and SPA

Zarezerwowałem 3 pokoje w hotelu dla mojej rodziny. Pokoje były w porządku, parking był płatny (15 lv dziennie na zewnątrz i 25 lv wewnątrz). Łóżka nie były wygodne. Musieliśmy wstać wcześnie, aby zająć krzesła przy basenie lub na plaży, ponieważ o 9:30 rano nie było ani jednego wolnego krzesła. Plaża miała skały i morze **** i nie była bardzo czysta. Od rana do wieczora grała głośna muzyka i na szczęście w południe było kilka godzin przerwy, więc mogliśmy odpocząć. Animacja była w porządku. Jedzenie było naprawdę dobre i było dużo owoców i warzyw do wyboru. Musieliśmy skorzystać z usług pielęgniarki i byliśmy zszokowani, gdy stwierdziliśmy, że brakuje jej podstawowych artykułów, co czyni ją bezużyteczną. Sugerowałbym kierownictwu rozpoczęcie sprzątania plaży i obniżenie muzyki w ciągu dnia. Zespół animatorów nie jest tak ekscytujący, więc może po prostu pozwól ludziom się zrelaksować i zatrzymaj zajęcia na wieczorne godziny.

A very very nice stay ! one of the best so far. Almost everyone in the staff speak English and they were really friendly . the location is quite good with own beach and sunbeds included. A lot of variety of food, including fresh pizza made every day . The Italian a la cart restaurant is interesting but you need to go early in the morning to make the reservation . The cleaning was as it should. The towels were changed every day. and 4 bottles of water brought every morning. You have also water dispenser on the hallway , where you can get cold or hot water for tea. There is also a fitness gym that is free and it's equipped quite ok . The parking is not free. you can park in front of the hotel for 25 leva or in a parking right next to the hotel for 12 or 15 leva. It's an amazing place for parents with kids! A perfect holiday!

My family and I spent 10 nights at Zornitza Sands. Unfortunately, the reception staff wasn't welcoming or helpful when we arrived. We also found the hotel manager unfriendly as they never greeted us or smiled during our stay. Despite this, our room was clean and spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large balcony. The housekeeping staff changed our towels daily. The beach was lovely, but it wasn't well-maintained. Nobody seemed to clean it, and the lifeguards on duty often slept instead of keeping watch. The snack bar was unpleasant with dirty tables made of old, rotting wood. The food selection was limited, and the staff didn't seem to care much about cleanliness. Once, a lady asked a worker to clean a table, but they only brushed it with a paper tissue and left the mess on the floor. In the restaurant, the food and wine were good, with a variety of cheeses, pickles, fruit, and vegetables. However, finding a table was challenging, and the waitresses were often lazy and chatty with each other. The bar in the restaurant frequently ran out of wine glasses, and the other bars only used plastic cups, which seemed inappropriate for the lobby bar. The alcoholic drinks, coffee, and tea were delicious. We enjoyed the aqua Zumba and water polo. We were surprised to find that the animation teams had a day off on Mondays, which we hadn't seen at other places we've stayed. The entertainment for younger children was good, but my 11-year-old son didn't have much to do. The pool bar's bartender was professional, but the music playlist was repetitive and focused solely on rock and roll. Overall, the hotel was decent, but we feel that the customer service and certain aspects could be improved.

We stayed in the Zornitza Sand for 11 nights, and it was amazing. Loads of choices for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in the Buffet. Shout out to all the amazing Staff members who have made our stays delightful. Loads of activities for children and adults. Should definitely do the Massages at the spa, it was a stress relief! Would definitely recommend it for Family holiday destinations.

Nice hotel, nice surroundings, pleasant sea, plenty of tasty food, but the staff is reluctant, lazy. Most of the employees show a lack of interest in the guests and their work. Horrible cleaning. You can see the photos below. We were greeted at the hotel by a commission receptionist, without a single smile she told us that we had to wait for check-in. We expected that, but we didn't find out that he wouldn't tell us where we can wait, what to use in the all-inclusive hotel. Our room was not cleaned for two days, after a complaint they brought out the dust and gave new towels. Then again nothing happened for two days. We complained by email to the management of the entire MPM Hotels Bulgaria group, with no response. The common areas are poorly cleaned, the seats in the lobby are dirty. You have to be careful not to get dirty. The food was very good, enough quantity, but the staff was lazy, slow or not cleaning the used dishes. When they ran out of ceramic cups for tea and coffee, they shrugged them off and didn't bring anything. We had to use plastic. Poorly secured hotel - the side gate was open, anyone could enter the hotel premises. Guest security at a low level.

This was one of the best holidays ever! The room had a beautiful view of the sea, the rolling waves were lovely to listen to on the balcony. The cleaners were brilliant, cleaning the room everyday even when I did not put out the sign to specifically request it (free water topped up everyday!), they were so kind and friendly. The food at breakfast (despite not being traditional English - although I did make beans and sausages on toast so it could be English) was extremely fresh and tasty - very similar choices each day but always well topped up and scrumptious. Lunch and dinner were quite similar but always had a variety of meat, fish, veg, pasta, pizza, cold hams, cheeses, fruits, desserts and ice cream! The snack bar was always well topped up and clean, pasta, chicken nuggets, chips, sausages and onion rings on rotation as well as fresh salads and fruit and a large ice cream freezer. The different bars available throughout the day had a good variety of soft and alcoholic drinks and by the end of the 1st week of my stay they knew what drink I wanted before I even asked! Such friendly bar and waiting staff. The swimming pools were brilliant - very clean, well maintained and family friendly. 3 separate pools that suit all different ages, heights and swimming abilities meant that everyone could enjoy. For those that did not wish to spend time in the pool and prefer the sea then being on the beach front is perfect. Just a few meters in front the hotel are sun beds and an area of the sea that is rocky but some still chose to swim in. However, 25m to the left (before the pier) is lovely softer sands and perfectly clear waters (and as someone that hates sea**** this was absolutely perfect!). Around the pool there were plenty of sunbeds as well as sofas and cushioned stools (as well as extra benches in the evening). Inside there was a large lobby area with comfy sofas and armchairs that were great for relaxing on. Each evening (except Monday - the entertainment teams day off) there was fun and family friendly entertainment from a children's magician to bingo to male and female singers to a foam party - something to keep everyone entertained! The last, best, and most important thing that I must mention is the animation team! They were absolutely amazing. Kind, caring, friendly, funny, enthusiastic are just a few ways that I could describe them. From aqua aerobics in the pool in the morning to darts tournaments to beer pong (or orange juice pong for the children!) to the mini disco and being in charge of the evening entertainment they were just perfect! I must give a special shout-out to Paco (head of the animation team), he was such fun and made our holiday extra special. I would 100% recommend this holiday to any family that wants a calm and quiet area but a fun filled time!

Where do I begin , I travel a lot and I never leave reviews or write them but this hotel needs a warning sign. The soft drinks are disgusting some local brand from a bottle so a lot of the time was flat and warm and I couldn’t even tolerate finishing 1 cup, snack area disgusting always freezing cold and only ever 4 hot things on like onions rings pasta mini sausages and maybe chicken nuggets staff seemed to enjoy hiding here and eating. Sunbeds are hard to come by not enough for everyone and the plastic ones are very uncomfortable so I seen some sunbed cushions and asked everyday if I could take 2 for me and my mam this wasn’t a problem for 3 days until 1 day the lifeguard said I couldn’t use them I asked why explained I have a bad back he said I dont understand so asked him to get a manager he came with a very rude man trying to drag them off my bed I said no tried to use google translate he wouldn’t even look at my phone so I laid down and ignored him. Next day they had removed all cushions so I couldn’t use one again very petty. Life guard was rude and then tried to make my days harder. Removing towels from my sunbeds and shouting at my daughter for jumping in, when everyone else done the same he said nothing he was trying to be a bully didn’t work tho as I can’t stand bully’s. Room cleaners were lazy never made a bed in the whole week never wiped out the bathroom or the tops and only ever emptied the bin and swapped towels. Towel man sits at his seat all day but will only change towels in the time stated even if you were 5 minutes early! Why he sits there all day is beyond me. Food is very very repetitive and soon got sick of pizza dinner and tea however I will give a shout out to the main chef got taking to him lovely bloke he brought me chips every evening for the last 3 days as seen we barely ate. (No chips on menu !) Food runs out quick and staff don’t replace it quick enough so you left with whatever is left. Staff stand about on their phone a lot rather than clearing tables. Reception staff are rude as I checked out she wanted her towel cards told her I was still using towels she wanted to know a time till I asked if I could get a shower somewhere before we got picked up she said no , I said what there is no shower i can use anywhere she snapped no! Luckily my daughter had been going down to the spa and seen some showers in there so we managed to get a shower before getting picked up that evening. Everything was a problem to reception I asked for a kettle as it states there is 1 in the room , anything I asked for I felt like I was in the wrong for disturbing her even if the cleaners only left 2 towels for the 4 of us I got this attitude. The smell around the hotel and in your room is like a dirty fish tank smell only way to describe it. Hotel is in the middle of no where so unless you got a taxi somewhere your we’re stuck. I 100% would never return here it wasn’t a nice holiday. Wi-Fi is very poor and I could go on and on but I think

horribe, worst hotel i have stayed in rude staff foods horrid cleaners dont clean.All day all i have seen is staff eating food and have no service at all! Poor wifi and no waiters or anything! Would never recommend. Seen bugs on the walls and rude staff. I got kicked out of the pool for jumping in!

Great hotel with fantastic animation. Animation program is the best of the best! All the activities are just perfect and the staff is really friendly with everyone. Adorable evening programs! Everything is perfect!
