帶沙發床的2房套房，對於3口之家7個行李箱需要鋪開整理還真不錯；除了有時飛機聲音有點大，其他都不錯；每半小時免費班車接送機，早飯也可以，對面就是新澤西最大的outlets，方便。

辦事效率太低，服務水平太差，入住時前台説會Check out 會開發票或收據，但在Check out 又説沒有，説要第三方開，問攜程客服，説會今天會開出來，也至目前為止一直開不出發票，追了幾次，都沒有。。。。。

住一夜，沒什麼不滿意的。周圍環境是工業區，不怎麼上新悦目。我們半夜到的飛機，前台一直等到兩點多辦好入住手續，態度很好。離機場真的近，早上六點開始就有起飛的轟鳴聲成為背景噪音，到八點，那就更是頻繁，催得人早起，趕路，也是不錯。

Great location. Shopping and dining nearby. Large suite that would easily accommodate 4 guests. Great breakfast.

No Room service to clean and change out the linens, even after I asked for it. I stay at this hotel a lot, but will have to consider other hotels. Plus, I never received a receipt, have to call and ask for it.

The hotel was perfect for our 2 day stay prior to our cruise out of Cape Liberty. Close to the mall and restaurants, great managers reception nightly and awesome breakfast. We will always choose Embassy Suites.

Ryan, an excellent person, very attentive, but the hotel management was terrible. 1) Rent 1 event room 2) Rent rooms for 5 people The people at the reception are very rude, I paid to sleep 5 people and they only gave me two beds and they don't want to give you a discount for renting the event hall and what did bother me is that the hotel added charges for parking on the bill. the guests of the event and when parking was free when leaving the event, they robbed me and made me see my company as if it were a scam
