We where there 1 night. Upon arrival We get our room it looked nice. Here is the down fall. There was other people’s hair in in my shower and some mysterious stain on the bedding. Also we Couldn’t control the temperature in our room. Don’t even get me started about breakfast. I would probably pay a little more and stay somewhere else next time. Oh also the lady that checked me out wasn’t to friendly. Barely talked and never smiled!

The hotel is conveniently located just indide downtown Elkins. The lobby & community areas were spotless. The staff was frienfky & welcoming. I loved the bed & the shower!

First in the mountains and was very impressed with breakfast spread. Room was clean and had a great view of the mountains and ladies at front desk were very kind. . Will be back! Thank you

I appreciate the staff working with me, after I booked the wrong weekend. Even though, I booked through *******. Kind, friendly, and helpful. Best continental breakfast! About 45 mins from the ski resorts. Must eat at Scotties, great food!

In a day and age when cleaning is subpar even in 5 star properties, was refreshing to find this hotel exceptionally clean throughout. Thank you...this is worth more to me than 5 start amenities in a dirty environment.

What a great stay! I wish I would have planned to stay longer. The room was fabulous, spacious, and very clean.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast; however, everything was fresh, hot and very good. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
