The staff here was amazing, especially the gentleman at the front desk overnights. He went above and beyond at 2am to make sure we had a good stay. It was really outstanding.

A little makeup on the pillow cases and we get charged $25 for it? Never in my years of staying in hotels have I ever hear of some bologna.

The hotel charges a $200 deposit for any stay that is over 3 days. That isn't shared online before booking so if you're on a tight budget, this may not be an option. The air only blew hot air, even on cool. The room was basic and clean at least.

I did not like that. There were space heaters being used to heat up the rooms. Air conditioner was an operable, you had to open up the window with no security screen to be able to cool off the room. Windows that head cracks that were being held together by tape. I did not feel safe, and was scared for my life.

It was an unexpected last minute trip. The staff was very professional and kind. The room was great for $40 a night.

Front Desk clerks were friendly.
Room was ok but looked like they were still trying to finish the remodel.
Housekeeping needs to make sure they are cleaning the floors better.
Love the no more carpets, just make sure floors are cleaned.

It was clean but very bare bones. The price was very good though and it was comfortable for one night.

Room was not thorughly cleaned, no fresh towels and garbage from the last guest. The shower had little water pressure from hard water scale. Heater was stuck on high.

Definitely not so good. The room was small and crammed with two queen beds. Only about 14-18 inches between them. One of the hand towels should have been tossed a long time ago. It was shredded on one side. Walking barefoot, I could feel grit from the floor. Only reason i gave it one star was because there isnt zero stars.
