Charged me twice. Trip.com charged me when I booked the hotel. The hotel charged me again when I checked in. I called and they said to return it to me but instead they charge me twice for late checkout fees，total 100 dollars.

Everything was good except they forgot to check if Everything was out of the rrom before renting to the next person, so I found someones pants lol

The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the lady working at the breakfast area. She was so sweet and helpful and just a delight. Room was clean and comfortable. Great stay!

Very clean and fresh smelling hotel. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Has an elevator. We have stayed at a few hotels in Ellensburg and this is one of the best.

Great location, staff were wonderful, on the whole the place was very clean & well kept. HOWEVER , our room had food still left in the fridge, & we found a half eaten sausage on the window ledge.
Staff offered to move us to anouther room, but we had unpacked & we just sanitized the window ledge & threw away the food. Over all would still return to the hotel. Cheers

Came here for a visit to my son’s soon to be college. Hotel was clean and welcoming. Front desk person was very nice and helpful. Will stay here again when visiting my son in college.
