We returned in Feb 2024 after another visit in winter 2022. Well maintained, friendly staff, free indoor ski lockers at the Hartkaiser station which is less five minutes walk away, free undercover parking, huge choice of food, basic free beer , wine and soft drinks with evening meal. Can’t fault it

Sorry to say it but we didn't feel well here. An expensive hotel with a completely inadequate level of service. The crowd of guests and therefore little individual approach to the client. We were crammed into a small room for supper and it was difficult to feel safe here in the times of epidemics. Rude gentleman in a Tyrolean outfit letting us in for dinner. The room was cramped due to the nonsensical arrangement of the furniture and you had to be careful not to hit your head against the wall when you got out of the bed. The pillows were very hard. No cosmetics or other standard 4-star hotel accessories in the bathroom. Shower door was leaking and you had to wipe the floor after showering. You will not use the swimming pool, because it is small and full of guests. It's better early in the morning but don't turn on the geyser or you will flood the room. There is an unpleasant manure smell in the room, especially at night. Sometimes the stench was unbearable. We were woken up by loud footsteps from the room above us. I do not recommend.

This was the 2nd year in a row that we spent at Hotel Christoph with two other families. This is a fantastic family hotel. We really love it here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The bar staff are great and friendly. The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful too. The restaurant staff were helpful and if your child has a birthday they will know it and provide them with an individual cake and a small note to say happy birthday. There is a tall guy who either looks like an owner or management who is very friendly and is always at the soup station telling us what it is and how tasty it is. He was very welcoming and easy to chat to. It’s just these small touches that make it. The whole group thought the food was excellent. The Buffett had plentiful choice and on the days where you pre-order your main course it was of an excellent standard and very tasty. And of course during the dinner the soft drinks, beer, wine were all included. We would come down for dinner and the kids would finish first and the young ones would either go into the soft play area or the kids club. The older kids would hang out in the games room area. This meant the adults could relax and enjoy adult time. Yes you had to leave the restaurant at 9pm but we would just retire to the bar. There is a spa and pool with slides, which I never used these facilities, the children do and they enjoyed it and no real complaints. The bedrooms are modern and very clean. Great view from the balcony towards the village. Location wise, it is fantastic. It’s a few minutes walk to the Hartkaiserbahn lift. In the lift station is Intersport and also the hotel ski lockers. So no need to carry and ski equipment around with you. Just rent from Intersport and leave the ski equipment in the locker. We usually do not go back to the same ski resort, but the hotel was the draw and SkiWelt is big enough for us to come back to so we can explore the handful of runs we missed on our first visit. If you have a young family, this is the hotel to stay. I thought it was good value for what you get from the hotel and one of the best ski hotels we stayed in.

We’ve stayed here several times in recent years and it’s the first alpine hotel we keep going back to. Food is excellent with considerable variety, hotel is modern and well maintained, Hotel lockers available at the Hartkaiser lifts, service very good and car parking plentiful.

Wir waren mit unserer Großfamilie (Oma, Opa, Kinder, Enkel) für 1 Woche in diesem tollen Hotel. Die Lage war zwar etwas außerhalb des Ortes aber mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Ort und dem Wilden Kaiser und nur 200 m von der Talstation der Bergbahn entfernt. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und lassen nichts vermissen. Obwohl es sich um ein typisches Familienhotel handelt war es ein sehr ruhiges Hotel. Das Spiel- und Kletterangebot für die Kinder war hervorragend, so dass auch die Erwachsenen ausreichend Ruhe fanden und das Abendessen genießen konnten. Das Frühstück- und das Halbpension - Angebot war sowohl qualitativ und geschmacklich sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Auch die Kinder kamen voll auf ihre Kosten. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich sehr gut aufgehoben.

Très bel hôtel, belle situation néanmoins quelques petites contraintes certains (e) personnels(e) pas très sympathique, nous a intercepté quand nous voulions sortir avec nos verres sur la terrasse pour profiter du paysage ( cela est interdit parole de la serveuse). Le serveur du bar quand à lui était très cool est sympa. Chambre très propre et grande . Très bon repas. Attention ne venez pas pour du repos c'est un hôtel familial donc il y a beaucoup d'enfants. Activités adaptées pour les enfants mais piscine un peu petite
