A fairly new hotel which is in a quiet part of Elmshorn. Very close to the railway station so easy to get into Hamburg, around 30 minutes away from Hamburg Airport. There is a bar at the hotel, however, for restaurants and other eating places you have to walk around 7 minutes to near the station. Rooms were ideal, always clean and fresh bedding and towels, bathroom was spacious with big showers. Beds really comfortable. The only thing the hotel could improve on was providing tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Overall, staff are really pleasant and helpful so its a good hotel to stay in.

pros: Parking lot outside and 24 hours checkin
cons: very bad customer service, they never answer the phone, they refused to reimburse our second reservation. we explained that our customer changed our meeting date and they refused to change or reimburse the second night.
I will never comeback to this Hotel.

The hotel is within walkable distance of train station. And the reception is open after midnight. The room is extremely clean but the table is probably too small if you intend to work a long time with a computer. Very calm area. Very good option for an overnight stay.

Super clean and tidy. Small, but clever room layout and design. Comfortable bed and nice amenities, great location and helpful staff. I couldn’t ask for anything else, would definitely come back when in town for sure. Didn’t try the breakfast, but will definitely next time.

Very clean modern hotel moderately equipped. A fridge in the room would have been helpful. Did not try their breakfast due to not wanting to sit maskless in an enclosed area. Plenty of parking nearby. Tight garage space overpriced at €9,90. Otherwise nice place to stay.
