A remote hotel with excellent services and surrounding views. The Grill offers excellent food and its services is wonderful. Room is clean and tidy, highly recommended.

Service level and staff were fantastic. Felt like you were at home, but with all the amenities. The rooms were warm and comfortable. The culinary was delicious and well thought out. Bison pasta, for dinner many different flat breads for lunch and chia pudding for breakfast. Great place to stay if you want to visit Yellowstone.

We had an amazing 5 days at Sage with two trips to Yellowstone. Bjorn and Jody were EXCELLENT guides - Bjorn took us in to the park to find wildlife (saw 10 diff species, at least), and Jody took us in to experience the thermal features. Such lovely people in super-comfy Denalis with big windows. The chef Jackie also blew our minds. Some of the best food we've had in a long time. Excellent experience and we will recommend to others

The Sage Lodge was absolute perfection! Never experienced that level of service. The staff were so kind and helpful, the grounds and the views were stunning and the food was unmatched. Could not have asked anything more our stay.

Sage Lodge is a fabulous lodge, located in Paradise Valley, 1 hour outside of Bozeman. Food and staff are top notch. This lodge checks every box. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Sage - great rooms, pretty location, nice staff. We did a bunch of activities organized through the hotel including a Yellowstone tour and various nature walks and hikes - with our 3 young kids and parents. We had the best guide ever - Bjorn - who really made the trip special and memorable. Cannot say enough good things about him!

The Lodge and staff far exceeded my expectations. A great place to unwind and enjoy the scenery, great food, good ambiance, and very comfortable accommodations. Don't forget to bring your bathing suit!

This was our 5th or 6th stay at Sage and by far the most disappointing. Cleanlinees, food, and service were significantly lacking in comparison to prior years. Would suggest evaluation of the services. Furthermore, would make sure all customers are given attention and that staff not state “arrivals take precedence over current guests” when asked… Sage is a beautiful place and I hope to be able to come again, but will think twice about where I stay next year…

We made three attempts to make reservations with no phone answer, no reply but when chancing just showing up we got right in on a Saturday evening. The Autumn salad was a true treat with its pepita seeds, dried cranberries and poached pears, like beginning the meal with dessert! We both enjoyed our duck breast, perfectly prepared and accompanied with just the right proportions of pureed butternut squash and delicious brussels sprouts and apples. The dessert menu looked very appealing but had a lot to be desired as the so called chocolate creme brulee was much more like a mousse and the huckleberry and peach crisp was not crunchy nor crispy but flavorless with little random soft biscuit toppings. Ariel, our server, was most pleasant, engaging and attentive and the environment was warm and inviting with magnificent snow capped mountain views, all in the Fireside Room.
