the room was located by the air conditioners units and we couldnt sleep because all the noise and we were told that we had a view of the city the only thing we could see was air contioner units and liquor store,we never stay their again

The room is very up to date enough space, the balcony has a view to the pool which is nice. The property is nice, clean, seemed to have had many updates, some updates to the passageways would be nice as well. Parking is on a parking lot across the hotel, if you have lots of luggage consider taking everything down before parking. But overall the room was very nice i would recommend this hotel.

Every time we go to Ensenada, we love staying at San Nicolas. It’s clean, rooms are beautiful, staff are super friendly. I mean all the staff. From the front desk agent to the housekeeper and guards. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends. It has a huge parking lot across the street with a guard 24/7.

Customer service is an issue that these people doesn't know its meaning, there's a bunch of discrepancies in rooms or restaurant that never ever were fixed; food poisoning, mattresses ready to be dumped, attitude of some people at the front desk etc etc
