The hotel was excellent, quality of food was perfect , all the staff was so helpful and friendly. specialty Yara I appreciate her hospitality . Room was fully equipped. I will return back sure to hotel on case I visit Erbil any time. Many thanks for all hotel staff.

After a long journey to Erbil, the Ramada was like an oasis. The room was perfect for us: comfortable beds, blackout curtains and good AC meant that we slept wonderfully, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tidy. The buffet style breakfast had a huge range of food and drinks, and all the staff were delightful: particularly Hassan who checked us in, and Yara and Aisha who wanted to hear all about our time in Erbil. I would very happily stay again.

The locations is very good, close to lots of shops, restaurants and a near by shopping mall. The hotel is also neighboring the largest park in Erbil (Sami Abdulrahman Park). The staff is great, welcoming, friendly and always ready to help, especially Yara at the front desk. She is professional and a very nice person who’s always willing to make the guest feel welcomed. The food was good and price wise is acceptable to a higher range, but in couple occasions I felt that the meal could have been better (stayed 3 weeks and ate in most of nights at the hotel). In general, in was a very good experience and I’ll return to Ramada whenever I’m in Erbil.

The facilities and amenities provided are comprehensive, and the cleanliness is consistently maintained at a high standard. The professional demeanor and efficiency of the staff have greatly contributed to my positive experience. I would like to extend my special thanks to Housekeeping Supervisors Mr.Rokib & his team for their exceptional service. They have been attentive to all my requests and have ensured that all housekeeping tasks are performed meticulously. Their dedication and professionalism are truly commendable.

It was a great stay the service was amazing all the staff were helpful we like the restaurant and food the room was clean reception staff is very friendly especially Yara for sure the hotel is first choice . About the swimming pool, amazing experience with dJ, calm and relaxing. The gym is big with lots of machines, overall great experience.

As a business hotel, Ramada is very mice and suitable choice for workshop or conferences as they have multiple type and size of meeting rooms. The rooms very nice and well cleaned. The breakfast is delicious and has good variety. Outdoor pool has very enjoyable atmosphere
