Great service and staff, try to book a room that does not have a view on the road.

房間足夠大，價格相對算便宜的了。但是靠馬路，比較吵，早餐還可以，設施有點老舊了。總體評價3-4顆星吧。但是第一天入住，排風口出問題了，把廢氣都排到了我房間裏，導致我差點中毒，半夜2點醒來換房間，第二天酒店跟沒聽説過這事似的！酒店也沒説過抱歉。感覺有點不舒服！

Recently located to Erbil canyon Erbil was suitable location with good value for long stay as Family. Spacious family suite with two bed rooms + living area. Cleaning are fair tho. Staff are friendly at reception thanks to Mr. Abdullah he is professional and smiling all the time. About the restaurant service is good having different selection of local and international food. About medoc another restaurant and Bar is lovely atmosphere to spend fun time enjoying Band or DJ different theme nights. Thank you for Canyon hotel who made our stay pleasant and friendly.

The worst customer experience ever, the receptionist do not respect residents and also it is dirty. They are bad in reservation , in treatment, do not respect people that tlking with اسوأ تجربة عملاء خضتها بحياتي، ماكو احترام ماكو تقدير يتكلمون بفوقية وتعالي وصادفت اكثر من كوظف لستعلامات كلهم بمفس الاسلوب السيء بالاضافة الى عدم نظافة المكان، ابداً ما انصح بالسكن عندهم

The worst and the most terrible hotel that I have ever seen .. the reception staff were impolite and rude ... They made us wait for almost an hour to give us a room despite the fact that we have already booked a room ... The room was rotten and smelly dirty and terrifying ... The frige was not working and when we mentioned that they rudely said that it is not a frige it is only a container the walls were dirty and moldy ...the bed was smelly... They charged us a full stay despite that we left after only two hours because of that terrible place
