Lovely hotel very well located and all the facilities were very clean and the staff very polite and helpful! I will definitely return!

Lovely hotel. Accessible for disabled with ramps and disabled toilets however there is a walk from where you're dropped off by transfer as outside the hotel is pedestrianised. Its about 80 metres. I found this very difficult as I have severe arthritis. We took a taxi from the airport which cost around 38 euros We, well worth it. We hired an electric scooter for the week at a cost of 125 euros Pools had either steps or a ramp which made it easier for me to get in and out of the pool. There is also a hoist. The 'superior' part is impossible for anyone with mobility issues to access as there are a number of steps up to this area. There are areas of the pool that could do with some attention which is to be expected at this time of year. We went October 13th 2023 for a week Staff around the pool were great and couldn't do enough to make sure you had everything you needed. Cocktails were OK. Cava on tap if you wanted it. Entertainment was good at the pool, with the usual aquafit. Boule and quizzes. During the day. At night could've been better but OK We had room 1518 top floor with beautiful sea view however very small but adequate. Bed was comfy, room cleaned daily. Towels could be changed every day if you wanted. Good size balcony. Scooter fit in the lift Food was fine with lots of choice, always something to choose from. Breakfast lots of fresh fruit, bread and pastries as well as the usual option of bacon, eggs, hash browns, sausage not English. Chef cooking eggs. Continental also available Snack truck was great, not much choice on AI, chips, hot dog, calamari, stuffed jalapeño. If you decided to pay There was much more choice and food looked lovely Hotel is in a lovely place, very clean. Lovely beaches close by. There is a beach further along the from the hotel that is accessible for disabled people. Es Cana is one of the quieter places on Ibiza but if you do want nightlife it's easy and affordable to get to Charlie's bar didn't disturb us at any time. There are some nice places to eat if you fancy a change from the AI We would definitely return here

I was all inclusive and ate out most of the time limited choice abd quantity none. The rooms were terrible no privacy due to glass open stable like door. If you have a shower the room got wet very dangerous. Entertainment shocking unless you are above 70 and like playing cards. I would stay away from this hotel. This should be a 2 star not 4.5

We stayed here 7 days ago for 10nights all inclusive and loved our time here! First time my fiancé had been to Ibiza and he loved it location was great and es canar is a beautiful place. Having breakfast looking out to the beach every morning was lovely. Food was very good lots of choices I think people on here must be very fussy eaters if they can’t find anything to eat! Fresh beef, chicken and fish every day, burgers and chips if you prefer, vegetarian options lots of salad options. Staff were friendly and welcomed us with a welcome drink when arrived. Bar staff were fantastic shout out to Carlos and Laura who were always happy and singing round the pool and always remembering our favourite drinks! Only downside I would say is the bed linen was changed in 10nights we stayed there! But clean towels every day. If you want to go into San Antonio it is about an hour in taxi we did the sunset boat party one of TUI trips would highly recommend that! We would definitely go back :)

We flew out to Ibiza for a 4 night break. These are constructive criticisms that if sorted by the hotel would make it the perfect stay! The hotel is Adults only and had a really lovely atmosphere. We arrived and reception were quick to check us in and offer cava upon arrival. We booked on Half Board but when we arrived we’re advised we could upgrade to the evening meal drinks package for 6 Euros per person per night which we felt was worth it. We had arrived just before the restaurant closed but were allowed to grab some food. We were left to fend for ourselves and saw that people were helping themselves to wine etc who were the All Inclusive guests but for us it was hard to get the attention or that the waitress/waiter seemed too busy to check that “everything was ok” for us to order a drink. They are extremely keen to tell you that the restaurant is closing as to move you to the pool area where the entertainment is. The food was really HOT which is a rarity we find in hotels but it was the same every day. Pizza, pasta, noodles, salad, cheese, fish , chicken. Breakfast Sausage, eggs, bacon,beans,pancakes, fruit. Good food but if your staying there longer than 4 days the food would get repetitive. Rooms We booked a Sea view room. We were in room 1422 (5 floors) . Lovely clean rooms with good storage and hanging space, safe,fridge ,robes and slippers, open plan bathroom to bedroom, then enclosed shower and then enclosed toilet. Stunning views of Es Cana. We were only left 1 small bottle of water a day which is odd when there is 2 people staying in the room. We had read reviews about Charlie’s bar which is next door but didn’t anticipate it to be as bad as it was and granted it is out of the hotels control but if you like to go to bed early then this is maybe not the hotel for you. The music was booming until midnight. Granted the music then reduced to “inside” after this but made our nights long as knew we wouldn’t get to sleep even with the balcony door closed. Pool The pool was open 1000 to 1800 and literally shut with a chain across so should you wish to swim early outside or enjoy the late Ibizan sun you can’t do it as this is the only time it has a lifeguard. The top pool is for superior guest only , but standard guests have use of 2 pools. Pools good however so dirty. A thick line of grime all the way round. Not what you expect for a 4 star. The staff around the pool work immensely hard and we found the drinks really reasonably priced. A recommendation is the ferry to the neighbouring ports which is just on the promenade opposite the hotel. Lots of gorgeous walks along the coast which we did daily. Taxi to Saint Eulalia is around £11 but some gorgeous restaurants , bars and things to do. All in all a lovely hotel and base but some things need work to make it the 4 star ⭐️ it should be.

Had a lovely time at the hotel,we had a lovely sea view room but be aware if you book a sea view room the noise from Charlies bar next door is very noisy at night if you are trying to sleep,I couldn't sleep for 2 nights due to the noise.We enjoyed the vibe around the pool with the music. The daily cocktail of the day was very nice. Food was good,alot of choices. Just be aware on your last day when you check out they cut off your all inclusive band even if you have a late pick up and flight so you need to either pay in hotel for food and drink or go to the local restaurants .

We arrived at 11am room wasn't ready until 2pm but we were given our AI bands which was great. The rooms were large and cleaned daily if required. Restaurant was air-conditioned but with such a lovely promenade we ate in restaurant outside terrace most evenings there was always something there to eat. Drinks were lovely cocktails maybe could be a bit stronger Laura and Oscar were very attentive. ⭐️ Entertainment was okay but you don't have to watch it! There is a pub directly next door to the hotel Charlie's very noisy until 12 then they take the Entertainment indoors but you still hear people leaving shouting and saying there goodbyes 👋 we visited one night to watch Ed sheeran brill night. Overall we had a fab stay using the quieter pool we were a little surprised at the variation of age in this hotel. ( quite a few youngsters) were in our early 50's My only gripe is people slamming doors after a night or early morning have a thought for others who are still sleeping 😴 or maybe having a lay in as we are on holidays after all.

Really nice hotel and location. Great view of the bay from the restaurant. Food is nice and a few choices each night. Good atmosphere around the pool area. The evening entertainment is hit and miss, personally a bit of music is enough for me, not that keen of acrobatic shows.

Inconvenient location if you are on the younger side. Staff was very unfriendly towards my friend and I upon arrival. Over priced for the experience, limited amenities. Would not recommend especially to anyone in their 20's. We loved Ibiza but this place was so unwelcoming.
