We have just returned after a lovely week.staff certainly can’t do enough for you .polite friendly and most professional attitude .quick check in , room ready .food excellent choice , fresh and hot .restaurant , spotless..bedrooms are very clean and comfortable .hotel well situated for everything .

very clean hotel typical three star hotel food it was ok i have had better but i have had a lot worst . the idea of putting a one euro deposit down for your drinking glass is a brilliant idea no mess by the sun beds no used glasses rolling around as everyone takes them back for new ones when they want a refill i wish more hotels did the same . the staff are fantastic always smiling and helpful we used the top pool as it was a bit quieter always plenty of sun beds had the same two for 11 days the hotel is situated in a great spot for the shops and bars we did the train tour of ibiza then took a bus to ibiza town by bus then caught the ferry back to es caner it was a lovely day out ,i would recommend the hotel for a cheap get away .all in all a lovely holiday.

We have just returned from a two week stay at the Ereso and had a great holiday. The hotel is clean and comfortable the staff from reception to maids are all really friendly, the food for the price we paid was exceptional lots of choice at all meal times. We did find the entertainment team during the day was very intrusive for some reason every game /competition was played with a very loud commentary over the microphone from the team ( instead of just involving the people who wished to partake) This along with some very strange loud music meant that trying to relax or read your book was almost impossible. We saw a brilliant act called Boogie Nights on our first evening but after that the entertainment was pretty dire. Overall though this hotel is great value for money and we would definitely return again.

Just ignore bad reviews we had a brilliant week . once you got used to a deposite for glasses which you can get back anytime . food was good and plentful . drinks free till midnight . serve yourself soft drinks through day .snacks ok but no chips or burgers . hotel clean and friendly staff . good entertainment . music on round pool all day . room ok but dated . for what we paid Tui the place is a steal .

If you get a good deal on this hotel it is worth it,renovated rooms are nice and fresh but sound proofing not great, heard many complaints from other guests how you could hear talking and snoring from other rooms, plenty food available, but breakfast was the only time I would give pass marks to the quality, drinks are all watered down unfortunately, overall if you get a good deal this is a nice hotel but definitely 3 stars !!

This was our first holiday to Ibiza and I can honestly say it was up there with one of our best. Es Cana is iddilic the area surrounding the hotel is beautiful. On arrival to the hotel we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady on reception who was so helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. The view was amazing. Watching the sunrise over the sea in the morning and the sunset behind the trees of an evening. Our room was basic - standard room but was spotless with lots of storage and space. We even had a bath which I love! The cleaner was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us and came every day for our 7 day stay. The food was good and I’m a fussy eater. Breakfast was the usual continental and English with all the extras. Evening dinner had lots of choice and the food was lovely. We didn’t have lunch or bar snacks as breakfast was enough for us. The bar staff were polite, helpful and really friendly, always had smiles and again worked extremely hard. The drinks were strong enough with plenty of choice. I think the 2 cup idea is good because it stops the litter by the pool area etc and around the entertainment area of a night. The entertainment staff were funny and entertaining! They were great not too pushy and kept everyone throughly entertained. Their games, shows, and banter they had together was hilarious. They worked so hard to make sure everyone had a good time. They were amazing with people of all ages. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking to rebook and stay again. Our first experience of Ibiza was 10/10 and the hotel and its staff made it so enjoyable. I emailed the hotel prior to arrival to say it was my husband 60th birthday and when we arrive there was a complimentary bottle of fizz chilling in the room for us, nice touch and was much appreciated. Don’t hesitate booking the a holiday here, you won’t regret it.

I travelled with my husband and our two daughters. On arrival I found the hotel lobby very clean and the reception staff were very helpful. We had an interconnecting room with a pool view and we could also see the sea which was fab. The housekeepers were excellent and our towels were changed daily along with the rooms being made up. Our room was located on the 6th floor and I was told that floors 5 and 6 were refurbished not long ago. The animation team were fantastic! Shout out to Dori, Adin and Gaby! You were all lovely! My family and I really enjoyed the crazy games, La Bumba dance and have made some lovely memories. The evening entertainment was very funny. One night there was a Family Fortunes type game which was hilarious. Also the animation team put on a brilliant show featuring songs from films with great dance routines. It was clear how much hard work you put to make it a success! There were plenty of sunbeds available around the pools, and there was a lovely shaded area for those who need a bit of a break from the sun or who want a bit of quiet time. The restaurant wasn’t great, it was a bit canteen like for me. My husband enjoyed the breakfast but near the end of the holiday he started to struggle with the food. There is plenty but there were occasions the food wasn’t hot, tasted bland and it was quite repetitive. I’ve stayed in other hotels where the food options were the food was so much better. We were here for 9 days and it was relaxing and the break was definitely needed! Es Cana is a beautiful resort and I would like to visit again. I think I could stay here again but not sure about doing all inclusive.
