Bardzo dobra lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem na port z basenu, nietuzinkowy catering z bardzo urozmaiconym i wysokiej jakości bufetem z lokalnymi produktami, więcej niż prawidłowe sprzątanie w pokojach, .... ale szczególnie cenię ludzkie traktowanie w służbie sprzątanie, jak w recepcji, jak kelnerki, gdzie Gina i Nicole wyróżniają się życzliwością i profesjonalizmem Swoją drogą nie rozumiem, dlaczego nie możesz na tej stronie pisać po katalońsku...

When the cleaner calls maintenance to repair a fault in your room you hadn't noticed, you know you are in a resort where people care. This is an excellent, friendly, quiet hotel with good facilities, friendly, helpful staff, high standards and in a quiet, but superb location. This was our first visit, but it's not difficult to understand why so many people we met have been visiting the resort for many years.

First impression modern clean, staff very friendly. Great location for walking to Mahon or bus if you prefer lovely walk into Cala Fonte beautiful views and harbour will definitely return.

Really enjoyed our stay here,great food nice room with a superb view, The staff make this hotel though from Miguel on reception to all the restaurant and bar staff so friendly and helpful always with a smile Would definitely recommend this hotel and will return

Our first stay in Menorca and at the ARTIEM Carlos Hotel. The location was beautiful and the views were outstanding. Our room was a good size with a great shower and balcony. The bath towels were large and of an excellent quality. The room was serviced daily by a lovely lady. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Raul and his team in the restaurant were exceptional as were all staff throughout the hotel. We will definitely visit again in the future. Thank you to all the ARTIEM team for making our holiday one to remember.

To say this hotel was superb would be an understatement. The staff were so friendly, happy and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The food was fresh and tasty lovely restaurant and snack area. Small bar area in the foyer which was very comfortable. The rooms, spotlessly clean It is extremely quiet both inside and out. Suitable for a retreat from the world. Our holiday was cut short by a nasty accident. After a hospital stay I recouped at the hotel. I can honestly say that I was exceptionally well looked after. All of the staff went above and beyond . To all of you thank you. We will be back minus bruises x One point, the area of Es Castell is not conducive to mobility scooters, too hilly. If you use one PLEASE wear a helmet.
