Konumu çok iyi, şirin bir otel 1 yıldız kırmamım sebebi yerde uzun kadın saçların olmasıydı yer temizliği iyi yapılmamıştı. Yatak ve havlular temizdi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Teşekkür ediyorum onlara.

Odamız temizdi ,havlu pamuk tarzı bı kaç şey eksikti ama temin ettik,ekonomik oda bi gün iki gün için ideal ama küçük ,kahvaltısı güzeldi ,içecek kısmı eksik ,personel iyi ,bizim için olumlu yani gezecegimiz yerlere yakın ve merkezi olmasıydi ,olumsuz yani her zaman olacak bir durum değildir ama gelen öğrenci grubu gece çok ses yaptı ,kapı açıp kapatmaları çok sesliydi ,tatilde biraz uyku istiyo insan o yüzden rahatsız olduk.bu tabi otel personelinin değil gelen gençlerin hatası.

Clean, small rooms with basic amenities and small TV. Breakfast buffet had large variety but only a couple warm options. Coffee and juice cost extra.
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

A very nice property. Well located. Has some good eatery and supermarket options at walking distance. Very friendly and polite staff. A good buffet breakfast. Parking is not available. Will definitely recommend the property to others.

The hotel is decent; modern building and well maintained. It is conveniently located in the middle of the city, didn't hve to use the tram much. Eskisehir is a very pleasant city to walk around.
The staff were welcoming and helpful despite the language barrier (very little English spoken).
The room was comfortable. I had a single room and it was adequate; it did not feel cramped at all.
The reasons I would not rate it a five are the lighting and the breakfast.
The lighting in the corridors and in the room are very poor. It was uncomfortable walking in the corridors as they are very dark- dark coloured walls and black carpet and very little light. it was difficult to work in the room at night as the lighting in the room is inadequate.
Breakfast could be much improved with some decent coffee ( a bottle of instant coffee does not quite do it for coffee drinkers), and some fruit and juice. I did not like much of what was offered, though they tried to provide some variety.
