This is a gem of a place. Well situated in the heart of the medina but miraculously quiet. Rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in an authentic Moroccan style, beds are comfortable and breakfasts hearty. The best part was just how at home we felt; it was like staying with friends rather than in a hotel. Adele is a wonderful hostess and went to great lengths to make our stay comfortable. The housekeeping ladies were efficient and kind and make awesome homemade jam! I would ALWAYS stay here if I return to Essaouira.

Les nouveaux propriétaires Adèle et Alain nous ont chaleureusement accueillies, ravis de nous présenter leur Riad fraîchement rénové! Bouchara cuisine toujours à merveille! Fidèles à ce Riad depuis des années, idéalement situé, la terrasse est sublime!

Une nuit en famille 2 adultes et 1 ado passée dans ce Riad. Une première pour nous !!! Accueil chaleureux avec thé et pâtisserie marocaine.Très belle chambre typique d’un Riad. Salle de bien au top et literie très bien. Petit déjeuner marocain sur le roof top excellent.
Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre passage à Essaouira.

Riad , très bien situé dans la médina avec une agréable terrasse ( dommage que le bleu originel ait été repeint :)) . Adèle , bien qu'arrivée récemment a été très disponible et aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour agréable , un grand merci , notamment pour nous avoir aidé a régler une embrouille avec un loueur de voiture. Toute l'équipe est très agréable et les petits déjeuners ( fruits frais dont fraises , msmen , baghrir , amlou , pain frais ) de bouchra sont un vrai plaisir . L'endroit est calme et reposant et constitue une très bonne adresse a Essaouira , ville magique .

Les propriétaires ont changé, le personnel, lui est resté, l'accueil est toujours agréable et dévoué, le Riad reste un lieu simple et convivial, on reste en famille. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Essaouira. Je recommande ce Riad, au sein de la médina.

La chambre était très propre avec une très belle décoration. Le Riad dans son ensemble est calme, bien situé au milieu de la Médina ( vous ne pouvez pas y aller en voiture) et très agréable. Accès au toit avec vue sur les toits de la Médina. Service chaleureux et très agréable. Petit déjeuner délicieux!

Toujours avec le même plaisir, j’ai retrouvé Essaouira et le Riad l’ayel au mois de novembre, ça devient une habitude bien plaisante. Le soleil nous accueille généreusement, tout aussi généreux les sourires d’Annan et Bouchra, qui, au fil des années sont devenues des amies. Elles nous cuisinent des plats typiques absolument délicieux, je vous conseille la sefa😋mais aussi les crevettes pil pil ou encore le tagine de poulet aux olives et citrons, mais je peux aussi vous vanter les calamars farcis et la pastilla de fruits de mer. Bref tout est bon dans cette cuisine généreuse, et les pâtisseries marocaines faites maison! ah! ces petits gâteaux qu’on croirait sortis de la meilleure pâtisserie d’Essaouira! Servis avec le thé à la menthe, rituel marocain. Après, les chambres restent accueillantes, très propres, tout est entretenu dans ce joli Riad aux couleurs d’essaouira et de son bleu incomparable!! On s’y sent bien, comme à la maison. Allez-y! ce Riad, idéalement situé dans la médina, à deux pas de la plage et du port, est aussi séduisant que dépaysant.
