The staff at Murphy's Resort are super friendly and attentive. Area super clean and quiet. A great place to get away for peace of mind. Also, close to places of interest to visit. We will return!

Our stay at Murphy’s Resort was amazing clean establishment, friendly staff, great room! Only thing I can say is the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the heat has no happy medium it’s either chilly or hot. But that’s just baseboard heat for you. And if you have allergies towards animals definitely ask for a non pet friendly room, king suite with kitchen definitely is pet friendly. After 3 days wish breakfast was a little better got tired of toast and bagels. But I’m guessing in the peak season they offer hot breakfast. Overall I would definitely recommend them as well as stay again .

Loved our stay! Got a text when we booked. Then a text the day of checkin that our room was ready. The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. The room was large and clean. Parking was open. Checkout was super simple.

This place was great. It was relatively inexpensive but was still very nice. The views from the property are amazing the hot tub was awesome and the staff was super nice and helpful. The lobby has free fresh popcorns, movies, and coffee which was cool. The continental breakfast was lighter than I expected but still convenient that they had something. Overall would recommend and would come back.

Great property overall. Lots of outsode amenities; would be great for families or longer term stays. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was dated, but clean. Rooms could use more electrical outlets for charging, but the mini fridge and microwave were nice to have.

I really liked that the lodge offered movies to borrow and popcorn to snack on. The room was clean and comfortable. The lodge was close to the lake and it was a nice stroll. I went during the winter and the lake was frozen, which was cool to see! The center was a very short drive or about a 30 minute walk.

My girlfriend and I went for one night as a pre-Valentines day getaway. The resort was pretty much empty. Our room was clean and the oversized tub was great. The hot tub was really nice, but needs some tile repair. Breakfast was on the light side of continental. Staff were friendly. We got 2 waters to go at checkout, and they taped candy bars to the water, cute.
