What a fantastic gem! The girls working the check in/out desk are awesome. They have a popcorn machine in the lobby, and my toddler got to pick out a free movie to watch in our room later. The room was very clean, and right on the river. We heard the beautiful river sounds all night. We enjoyed the pool very much, and it was well heated.
A very easy walk to the shops of Estes, and check out Bighorn Restaurant next door for the best breakfast. Upon checkout they even offered us water for the road, which was much appreciated! Great stay and we will be back again!

Should make it know that the hot tub is 18 before you check-in. Could be a deal breaker for some families. Also, breakfast offerings were disappointing. No fruit or protein options. Definitely not a reason not to stay here or come back. Lastly, no TV options were annoying, but understandable due to previous storm. These are just the negatives, there were a lot of positives. We will definitely come back!

This is a wonderful lodge resort within walking distance of downtown. It’s quiet, safe, family-oriented, and the staff are all so nice and friendly. We had a great three night stay in one of the lower king condos and really enjoyed the river flowing through the property.

Service was friendly and room was quiet. I liked the reusable mugs at breakfast. Mattress was not very good and the bathroom floor was cracked.

The place was nice and kept clean, cable was nice. The only thing that felt inadequate was the continental breakfast. Which was more of a snack bar than it was a breakfast.

The first night the room only got to 60 degrees. The next morning the office person told me to use the portable space heater in the closet. Finally figured out how to use it and then we had heat. The property is very worn and in need of help. Would never stay here again!
