Please note the town shuts down at 8 PM. They close the hotel and do NOT wait for you to check in. Fortunately a much nicer hotel was down by the actual beach and accommodated us. It worked out bc it was a far superior hotel and not much more money compared to the new Windsor. Stay somewhere else but def visit Etretat.

Convenient hotel in the downtown area. Paid parking available and it is about 900m away but very secure. Good breakfast available for purchase.

Horrible expérience des centaines de punaises qui vous pîquent la nuit, A fuir, aucune mesure prise par le patron. je n'y retournerai jamais, piqûres féroces de punaises bien installées dans les draps, les oreillers et matelas et partout dans la pièce sol et tissus.séjour gâché. Obligé en pleine nuit de partir dans le froid avec une valise sans savoir où aller. Parking très loin et inaccessible entre 20h et 8h du matin. Une honte pour la ville d'Etretat pourtant pleine de charme. A éviter absolument dans l'état actuel du lieu. Surnoté sur booking et c'est incomprehensible...

Prestations très très moyennes. Rapport qualité prix non justifié. La salle de bain : rideau de douche sale etc... Le petit déjeuner à 13 euros mériterait d'être revu. Aucune aide proposée pour les valises dans un escalier exiguë... on veut faire valoir les petits commerces mais quelle déception !!! A fuir

Un desastre la atencion El señor de la recepción no habla no una palabra de inglés El Desayuno desastroso y carismo No dudes en ir a cualquier restaurante que comerás mejor La habitacion muy pequeña y tenes que subir por escaleras y nadie te ayuda Lo peor de Etretat El señor de la recepción le pegó a mi marido en la nuca No lo denunciamos porque perdíamos el ómnibus

Très bon accueil du personnel et du patron chambre propre petit mais ça on le savait il nous vend pas du rêve. Je remercie ce professionnel on était là-bas trois jours. Parkings un peut loin mais un très bon Parkings. Merci

Petit hôtel très bien situé dans le centre d Etretat.
Parking de l hôtel un peu loin mais il a le mérite d exister

Patrons rarement sur place reportant toujours au lendemain les réclamations . Problèmes de surfacturation non réglé . Je déconseille fortement . Dont un dû de 120 euros non rendu. Bâtiment ancien et très bruyant.

Attitude méprisante et malhonnête vis à vis de la clientèle (prélèvement abusif sur caution bancaire) Attention !!! Procédure proche de l’arnaque !!! - non respect des horaires de réception - après commentaires mitigés sur booking, prélèvements abusifs sur caution bancaire constatés et non négociables
