We loved it so much! Amazing staff, incredibly clean, great food and loads of smiles. All the facilities are safe for the children the water park is perfect and young kids can enjoy a playground, two pools and the water slides. A great vibe with local delicacies, exceptional service, spacious rooms and crystal clear waters at the beach front.

Great choice both the hotel and an island. Great hotel popular mostly among Greeks and Poles (70/30). Rather quiet,great amenities both for couples and families with kids (water park!), delicious food. Superb staff which made the stay even more joyful. The beach is close but it is tiny and not cleaned. Evia as an island is just marvellous and still not much spoiled with tourism.

I would like to thank you and all your staff especially Ilias and his team for a great stay at your hotel with my family. All your staff are extremely friendly and the hotel facilities plus staff provide A'class services. Be sure that my family and I will return next year. FANTASTIC AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We stayed for 3 nights. This is a family hotel with many things for kids - especially the aqua park Extremely good food - breakfast and especially dinner. Every day different choices !! Room really nice & built with expensive materials. The only downfall is the beach. Although is has direct access to private beach it is not good at all.

Hôtel à taille humaine où il fait bon se reposer, très propre, les propriétaires de l'hôtel et leur personnel veillent au bien-être de leurs hôtes, le buffet est de très bonne qualité avec des plats cuisinés savoureux. La plage est à 100m, petite mais suffisante au vu de la capacité de l'hôtel; l'animation Héliades est inexistante en cette fin de saison mais ce n'est pas ce que nous recherchons. Seulement 2 petites soirées "danses" par semaine, unique bémol de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Pour finir, un merci tout particulier à Nicoletta, la représentante Héliades, très présente à l'hôtel, sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance ont été très appréciables.

Ένα ξενοδοχείο ναι μεν παλιό αλλά θα σε εκπλήξει ευχάριστα , άνετα δωμάτια και μεγάλα με όλες τις παροχές , το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και χαμογελαστό όπως και το κλίμα μεταξύ τους και αυτό έβγαινε και προς τα έξω , όλοι οι χώροι πρασίνου (και πιστέψτε με ήταν πολλοί ) κουρεμένοι και καθαροί , οι 2 πισίνες τους πεντακάθαρες και σε άριστη κατάσταση και με ΝΑΥΑΓΩΣΩΣΤΗ , οι νεροτσουλήθρες η χαρά των παιδιών και πάνω από όλα εντελώς ασφαλής για τα παιδιά επίσης με ΝΑΥΑΓΩΣΩΣΤΗ , τα γεύματα τους πρωινό και δείπνο πεντανόστιμα με μεγάλη ποικιλία και καθημερινές εναλλαγές ,άνετο πάρκινγκ , παιδική χαρά για τα παιδιά καθώς και διαφορά επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια , 2 φορές την εβδομάδα προβολή σε προτζέκτορα δίπλα στην πισίνα για τα παιδιά .

Επισκεφθηκαμε το χώρο σας αυτές τις μέρες και ενώ είχαμε ακούσει πολύ καλές κριτικές διαπίστωσαμε μετά λύπης μας ότι πολλά πράγματα δεν ήταν όπως το είχαν παρουσιάσει .Αρχικά η υπηρεσία του all inclusive δεν ισχύει στην περίπτωση των Ελλήνων επισκεπτών όπως διαπιστώσαμε . Συγκεκριμένα ενώ τηλεφωνικά μας ενημερώσατε ότι δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται αυτή η υπηρεσία στην κράτηση μας ερχόμενοι στο χώρο σας διαπιστώσαμε ότι ξένα γκρουπ που βρίσκονταν στο ξενοδοχείο φορούσαν το βραχιολακι all inclusive!Επίσης η πρόσβαση στην παραλια δεν ήταν εύκολη για ανθρώπους με κινητικά προβλήματα.κι ενώ η παραλία ανήκε στο ξενοδοχείο δεν υπήρχε ντους τουαλέτα και μπαρ να ξεδιψάσεις , έπρεπε να περπατήσεις πίσω μεγάλη απόσταση.Ενω υπήρχαν οι εγκαταστάσεις για αθλήματα δεν λειτουργούσαν οι προβολείς το βράδυ!!? Το ίδιο και με τις πισίνες,έκλειναν πολύ νωρίς το απόγευμα με αποτέλεσμα τα παιδιά να μην έχουν δραστηριότητες! Το μόνο θετικό ήταν ότι τα δωμάτια ήταν ευρύχωρα και καθαρά και το service του δωματίου ήταν εξαιρετικό!(ήμασταν στο δωμάτιο 618).

Hôtel familial à taille humaine parfait pour séjour calme , parc arboré ,plage privé petite mais peu fréquentée ,chambre confortable ( Clim et frigo) , propreté . Personnel accueillant et attentif à nos demandes ( nous avions 2 chambres éloignée et avons pu changer pour être voté à côté : merci). Très bonne cuisine même si buffet d’entrées et dessert est le même tous les jours . Parfait pour famille avec enfants de moins de 12 ans : car 2 piscines et magnifique aquapark! Par contre si vous cherchez l’animation, ce n’est pas le bon endroit ! La nouvelle équipe d’animation française ( 2 personnes) n’a pas établi de programme !! Contrairement à ça qui est annoncé : pas de réveil musculaire , ni aquagym( si 1 fois ds semaine) pas de tournoi, pas de pétanque,pas de jeux …. Pas de club kids (4/8 ans).il y a bien 2 soirées à thème et c’est tout !! À repenser pour occuper les vacanciers même si les français étaient peu nombreux .

Ναι μεν αλλά .... Σίγουρα δεν είναι 4* το δωμάτιο μας , με θέα γκαζόν είχε γιγαντιαραχνη μέσα κ κάθε είδους σκουλικαντερα ,ψηλά στα γύψινα θέλει καλύτερο καθάρισμα ,στην ντουλάπα έχουν αφήσει την ετικέτα από τα ξύλα (τραγικό) για 4* τα καλώδια κρέμονται τις τηλεόρασης αντί να μπει ένα κανάλι , το πρωινό πλούσιο αλλά χρειάζονταν να σήκωνεσαι κάθε τρεις κ λίγο για να φας γιατί τα 2 άτομα δεν έφταναν να μαζεύουν να ξαναγεμίζουν τα προϊόντα.κυριακη πρωί ο κηπουρός άρχισε να κόβει τα δέντρα από της 09:45 με τρελανε στην φασαρία ...ήρθα για ξεκούραση Σαββατοκύριακο ...η ρεσεψιόν ευγενέστατη ...αλλά το management εποχής του 1950... Νεροτσουλήθρες για παιδιά κ καθαροί κοινόχρηστοι χώροι.
