Bed was extremely broken in and uncomfortable. Room smelled stale and moldy. Hot water in the shower had no pressure so was unable to take a warm shower. Lamp on nighstand was broken. Definitely will not be staying there again.

The heater in my room was terrible. After coming back from a softball game I was cold and the heater only worked part time.

This hotel was very basic, but an excellent value. Rooms were older, but very clean. A little bit drafty, but there was no noise issues. Just a reliable and basic if you don't mind a very basic hotel for a great price!

I have enjoyed my stay so much I have extended it. From the front desk people to the housekeepers everyone is so nice and helpful. Its a beautiful little hotel very clean property and rooms which they continue to renovate. You have access by foot to all of Eugene. There is no doubt when i come back to visit my Son and new Grandbaby Boy this is my place. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness.

I honestly can't complain about the noise because of its location and design. Its properly rated two stars but the staff was excellent. The location was convenient for my needs. I would stay here again.

The motel is located directly across the street from a Whole Foods so it was super convenient to get healthy food!

Although the staff at the counter were curious, the room was beyond poorly kept. The heater wasn't functioning properly,, paint had bald places, the chain. lock had one screw almost out of the wall, the door nob to the adjoining room was floppy loose, the towel bar in the bath fell off, and the tub drain was one large hole. I did like that it was semi close to our venue for our concert however the room we stayed in 234 smelt of pee (animal), the tub did not drain well at all and the water was only luke warm for our showers, and that was on the hot water turned all the way up. The towel rack by the bathroom sink was broken/ coming off the wall and the ironing board in the closet area was gross.

Our flight was canceled and we needed a room for the night. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was ready so let us check in early. room was very clean. had microwave and mini fridge. Very comfortable bed. walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. about 10 miles from airport.
