I called La Quinta for the shuttle service but got terrible service instead and the front desk hung up on me. The check-in process was fast and easy however, the room I stayed in was in bad condition. There was mold near the shower, stains on the sheets, damaged furniture, etc. The "Free Hot Breakfast" was only a few items, not much of a selection. I would not stay here again.

Not lit very well in halls, bathroom floor next to tub was sunk in, breakfast was just ok. Doors on the outside of the building (sides) wouldnt work.

Receptionist was very rude, did not even greet us, we had to wake him up from his nap on the corner desk! And we checked in around 6:00 PM. This was on Thursday, May 30, 2024 Hotel is old and very rundown and it has a horrible smell!

Never stayed in a LaQuinta before. Flight cancellation brought us here last minute. Brenda at the desk went above and beyond for us and it was very much appreciated. Hotel was really clean, beds were comfortable, showers had great pressure and hot water. Breakfast in the morning. All was wonderful.

I drove 6hours to this location for my daughters birthday. Saturday night I planned to get good sleep due to me having to drive out early Sunday morning. Sunday morning I woken up by banging and yelling on the door across from me. I personally did not come out due to having my daughter and her friend in my room. I called front desk and told them a man kept banging on one of the room doors across from me. They did nothing banging started from 4am- 10. I called front desk again and they explained to me that the man was trying to get a key for that room but he wasn’t able to so that’s why he was knocking! I didn’t get good sleep and had to drive tired for 6 hours all because they couldn’t remove this man from the property. Obviously whoever was in the room did not want him there we all heard him banging on the damn door!!! I don’t understand if he had 0 access why would they allow this behavior? I will never book with Quinta ever again. The hotel across from them best western seemed like a much more comfortable place.

Made a reservation days before the trip, when arrived they did not have a room. Had to find a room somewhere else and spend more money than I intended to. Was not a good experience.

First part of my stay the room was clearly missing furniture, lamps, etc. it’s like I was put in an overflow room but I paid premium for it. It wouldn’t have been so obvious but when I can back through and was assigned the same room but the floor below with a fully furnished and functional room. I feel a bit jilted.

The room was fine but I waited 90 minutes for a shuttle that should have taken 6 minutes. 5 calls and each time I was told he was coming. I finally got to the hotel after 1am.
