Staff was very nice however our AC in our room stopped working and it quickly became very hot and the hot water in the shower worked only for about 10 minutes.

The Front Desk Clerk, Kelsey, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome. I appreciated the cleanliness and secure atmosphere. Got a great night of sleep. Kelsey was the perfect hostess and is the reason I’ll be back.

There were dead bugs on the hard floor. Hopefully not bed bugs. Coffee maker not cleaned, elevator could stand a cleaning, some staff seemed “unfriendly”.
Outfitted with decent kitchenette.

This hotel was a convenient stop for our trip to 1000 islands area.
Back gazebo coukd have used some tlc.

We had been to this hotel in 2020 and it was in need of an upgrade with very uncomfortable beds. They renovated since then and it was very nice accommodations. Would highly recommend this hotel for the region. We noticed the bathrooms are already showing some wear so hope they keep on top of the cleaning and standards
