Have stayed at several hotels through *******. & genuinely love the red lion and all of they times we have stayed in one & also don’t mind paying a little more to stay in Red Lion if there’s one in the area; but this experience was not good, at all. I took photos & videos several times throughout our stay. Our room was not serviced at all the entire 4 1/2 day stay. I had asked the front desk twice on the 3rd day & was told it would be done at 4 and nobody every came. & not the next day either. We had to go buy toilet paper. We didn’t get clean towels the entire time or clean sheets. The bed frame bars were sticking out & was unmoveable, due to that, I have pictures of the blood & bruising on myself, my kids & their dad from hitting our shin/ankle/feet on the bars repeatedly. The first room they put us in was over twice the size & none of the keys to the room were working, so we got switched to a room at the beginning of the hall. I don’t like to complain & typically would just let it go, but I expected so much more for myself & my kids during an already stressful time.
