I have stayed for three days and the cleanliness and staff was excellent. I traveled to Exeter at least three time last year and was not statify with my stay at other hotel within the city, so I am very happy that this experience turns out to be the right fit for my family. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon.

Hotel very clean, staff all smile very friendly and helpful. Mattress needs a really big upgrade we did not sleep much,still has backache about our stay. My husband is 6 feet tall...his feet was out of the end of the bed...mattress too short and why double bed? Two people doesn't fit in a double bed ...so never again. For breakfast there is no bread, (there was muffins, bagels, english muffins). Would be an add up to have some. Only skim milk :(. So to resume very very clean , staff very nice but needs major mattress/pillows upgrade !
