Alp Wellness Sport Hotel Panorama

My family and I spent the last weekend at this hotel. Some friends were going there as repeated guests and arranged our reservation. They informed us the hotel was full however we could stay in a very nice apartment 200 meters away taking advantage of the hotel facilities (i.e. spa and restaurant). Price for the weekend would be 720€ plus tourist tax. At arrival, we were notified by the receptionist that we would be staying at the hotel as a room had freed up. Nothing else was mentioned also because the lady who checked us in was rather unfriendly and clearly wanted to get rid of us as fast as possible. Both my husband and I found this rude and not in line with a 4 star hotel but we decided not to ruin our short break and carried on with the staying. The hotel is comfortable: nice and clean rooms, good food, friendly restaurant staff, proper SPA. When it was time to check-out however... everything collapsed once again. I queued after one guest who complained about the room being cold at arrival. The lady (the same unpleasant lady who had checked us in on Friday) told him that the temperature can be easily regulated. The guest reported that the heater had been manually switched off so obviously the control panel wasn't working and the room was at 16 degrees (!!!) when checking-in. Not even after this clarification the lady had the decency to apologize and express some support for the accident... The guy left and it was my turn... and a very nice 1153€ bill was produced. I replied that the amount was clearly wrong and she said the 720€ amount I expected was due for the apartment and certainly not for the suite we had been occupying at the hotel. I informed her that nobody had mentioned there would be an extra charge for staying at the hotel when checking in, as we had just been informed we would be staying there. She offered a number of justifications whilst mumbling to a colleague that - for some unclear reason - she wasn't willing to "prepare the apartment". I assume the apartment was not ready and cold hence the cost to set it up was higher than using a free room at the hotel, which is fair enough as long as you don't ask guests for a 50% price increase at check-out!! Incredibly enough, the lady had no decency to let go and she forced me to pay 100€ as the 'minimal hotel rate'. I did pay in the end as I had already wasted 20 minutes in a very unpleasant discussion, however I honestly regret having done so because the fault was clearly all on the hotel side. In summary... if you expect a 4 star service... don't come here. There are many more friendly places in Trentino to stay!

I stayed for two weeks in this beautiful 4 stars hotel. The hosts Maurizio and Francesca were simply fantastic: I’d like to thank them and the entire hotel staff for not leaving me alone. The SPA is terrific, thanks to Lorenza and her team for being so nice with me. Many compliments to the chefs and the room staff, the food was so good and even better because you delighted me with your jokes and your smiles! And last but not least, I really liked your gardens, the many flowers and trees you have planted are making the difference. The happy hour you hold in the jacuzzi garden once per week is awesome! I really recommend this hotel because you will be in a beautiful context, with beautiful people and you will never get bored because there’s so much to do inside and outside!

It was just ok.

We have spent 5 days in hotel doing activity around the mountains. Maurizio and his wife created this Oasis of Peace with passion and love. We loved the place beacuse it is a combination of Peaceful wellness- Good food - Vast area of mountain activity. The staff is very caring and attentive. Special thank you to Ladies at Front Desk, amazing Wellness staff, Debora e Giuliano and F&B team. Great place to recharge batteries with spetacular view in the Paganella Mountain. We will be back in autumn, Bea&Valter

It wouldn't take much to turn my 3 stars into 5, just a bit more service and maybe some reasonable tennis equipment. They were very poor on communications generally, so it was impossible to plan ahead -- e.g to find out also about any tours and spa treatments. They may be short-staffed or have a policy of leaving the reception unmanned at certain points of the day because when we arrived there was no one there and the phone rang unanswered. I was also unable to find out about their tennis coaching in advance, so was left disappointed when there was no one on-site, contrary to what is suggested on their website. So their three clay courts stayed empty for 99% of the time I stayed there, except when I played a set against my wife. Even then, we might have played more but the tennis racquets they loaned us were poor and the balls so old that they hardly bounced. They have three good tennis courts but what's the point? The barman was also a little grumpy, maybe because he had to serve all the drinks himself and answer queries from new arrivals when there was no one at reception. Who knows? That said, the spa is pretty good and so is the restaurant. And judging by how full the hotel was, it's clearly popular. Still, it seems to me that there is a culture of complacency about the place, which they would be well advised to address. One last thing: the shower in our room with polished floors is an accident waiting to happen. Looks lovely but is slippery.

È stato un vero piacere soggiornare in questo hotel. L'ambiente è molto bello e pulito, il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. La zona relax è semplicemente fenomenale, un'oasi di tranquillità dove ci si può rilassare completamente. Inoltre, l'acqua di sorgente disponibile è un vero tocco di classe, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole e rigenerante. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante.

Eccomi per la seconda volta allo Sport Hotel Panorama. Sono tornata perché l'albergo è molto bello, si mangia bene, il paesaggio è fantastico ma soprattutto per l'ambiente familiare. C'è molta cura per i dettagli e una grande disponibilità ad accogliere le richieste del cliente. In particolare vorrei ringraziare i proprietari per i continui miglioramenti apportati alla struttura e per all'ampia offerta di attività dedicate a chi, come me, non va a sciare. Grazie in particolare alle ragazze della Spa, all'insegnante di yoga, al barman, ai camerieri, allo staff della reception e, un grazie speciale alla signora Giovanna. A presto Michela

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura tra fine febbraio e i primi di marzo.. e non vedo l'ora di tornare. Sin dal primo istante ci siamo sentiti coccolati in tutto e per tutto. Le stanze sono molto belle e curate in ogni dettaglio. Il profumo che aleggia in ogni angolo dell'albergo è davvero inebriante e avvolgente. Ristorazione ottima. La chicca è la pasticceria. Il pasticcere è bravissimo, gentilissimo e realizza dei dolci spaziali, unendo sapori tradizionali con elementi di novità. Tutto super approvato.

Bellissima struttura moderna ed elegante, con una zona SPA da sogno. ristorante prelibato e raffinato . Ottimo per una vacanza in coppia nel pieno del relax e della montagna. Camere bellissime e confortevoli dotate di tutto quello che serve
