酒店在公園裡有點偏但是環境超級漂亮。服務很好，有什麼問題前台都會耐心解決。希望下次還能來。

When we arrived at 12:30 am we were informed that one of our 2 rooms we had reserved had been cancelled 4 days before. Korrie was very patient, kind and considerate but it still took 30 minutes to figure things out and get to our rooms. Luckily they still had an extra room available. I was told to speak to the manager when she came in at 9am. The room was adequate but had no hot water for our shower at 10:30 am. The pool was the best that we have ever been in any motel. The water was 85-90 degrees and was heavenly. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. As I was checking out at 11am I asked about speaking to the manager. Julie told me the manager wasn’t in yet and that was disappointing.

the room temperature never was above 65. They did not provide shuttle service did not exist nor cab to air port that was listed on info handed out.

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay with pleasant and helpful staff. The only downside was noisy heating.

Only complaint is when other rooms shut their doors it may awaken you. Nice employees though and I like how even though your in the city you still feel secluded because of where its located in the Chena loop.

No prices on the vending machines, waffle machine was not working for 2 days, orange juice was mostly water, charged incorrectly at first then later it was corrected, no condiments like salt and pepper, mirror in room at belly button level, smoky elevators. Otherwise room was clean and bed comfortable and thermostat working.

Very clean, nice hotel - friendly employees willing to help whenever we needed. And the beds were probably the most comfortable I've ever had at a hotel.
There is a trail that leads to the Carlson Center about 1/2 mile away where sports games and other events happen. However, we were there in -40F weather so we didn't walk it.
10/10, we would absolutely stay here again! :)
