No towels or wash clothes to shower roaches rooms wreak of ciggarette smoke after we booked a non smoking room.

First I got there a few minutes before check in, and was asked to wait till 3, no problem. Then the clerk left and left me standing there for over 20 minutes. He was then very unprofessional. The room had damages, and was very sparse. I would not recommend for stays where you aren't bringing all your own amenities and even then, it's budget for a reason.

It's a basic budget room longer stay Motel. You get what you pay for. This was cheap and closest to jungle jim's event center. Showing up at 7:45pm for checking in, there was nobody at the desk. No lobby or public bathroom. Just a sign they were on break till 8:30pm. By 9pm got keys that didn't work. 2 tries later got working room key cards. The while big was minimal. Had working full size refrigerator, duel hot plate, and sink. Broken Microwave. AC work but cover was falling off. While the room sorta look clean. There was dust and yuck both floor in the bathroom walls and kitchen. No dishes or coffee maker. two small towels. No wash cloths. At least the two beds were clean, and fairly comfortable. No lamps, just over head lights, no radio or clock. Working TV bolted to broken dresser. While there no smoking signs all over. Smell of smokers outside and in halls. Thin walls above to either side. Also road noise from the city street. Area has various restaurants, which good. There several other budget places, which may have been nicer or just as bad. Area didn't look unsafe, but i felt better not leave anything in car while staying there. Staff was busy with other guest drama. Reported the broken stuff, got the impression it was planned to be fixed. Did see a cleaning staff working on other rooms, but also got impression they did minimum needed. Several guest has dogs, look like they were more long term renters and just travelers. Will stay elsewhere.

When we arrived I was told that I had no reservations. Originally I was planning on staying 2 nights but had called and canceled the first night but let the person that I spoke with that I would be staying the second night. After being told that I didn’t have a reservation I asked if there were any available rooms for the night and the desk person gave me a key so I could check the room out. The hallway leading to the room was filled with the smell of skunk . The room itself was awful. A broken torn apart stove, a broken down bed with no bedding, holes in the walls and floor. I couldn’t believe that this room was to be rented. Highly displeased

The dirtiest, bug infested nasty place I have ever stayed. There was a guy cutting another guys hair in the hallway. I checked out immediately after seeing the room. I hope to see a refund.

This place was awful. When I went to check in the front desk person asked me to check the room before he ran my card. I checked the room and it looked like it had not been cleaned in days. The bed wasn’t made, there was trash all over the floor, and the room stunk. When I went to tell the front desk person about it, he said okay have a good night. The morning person did not do what they are supposed to do and I didn’t charge you. When I asked if the room could be cleaned, he told me no. I left and had to scramble to find another hotel. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Beyond horrible!

I stayed for one night. I checked in about 9:30 pm, after a long drive. It was a cold February night, and the room they provided for me didn't have a working heater. I tried to complain but there's no phones,to contact the front desk, inside of the rooms, and the lobby counter was locked. When I complained about not having heat, I was told the maintenance would fix it after 8:30 am. I had to sleep in my clothes to avoid frozen temperatures. I was deserving of my money back or another free stay, but didn't receive anything but excuses. I'm highly disappointed and quite offended to have spent my hard earned dollars with a company who would allow their customers to freeze. I would never recommend them to anyone I know.

All thing that we’re dirty.. floor in other room in the hallway, elevator . Key card did not work for all exit ( so I could not park where I could see my car ) towels were nasty and over used the sheets and pillows were nice and Clean the front desk was helpful when possible.

Staff were outstanding, rooms were very basic and mostly long term residents. Problem I had was there were many roaches. Not good
