中途路過住了一晚，服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，早餐是單點的蘇格蘭全早很地道。距離小鎮的超市不算遠，環境很安靜。

Dont often write review but come on premier inn, I stay at your places a lot and Falkirk east is not upto standard, heating not working, ceiling lights not working, wifi incl ultimate not good enough for business, probably the worse one I've stayed in abd I've stayed in a lot

I stayed here last year and knew it was a great base for where I wanted to go on my adventures so when looking for a hotel I booked again and received the same great service and hospitality as I had the first time, I would definitely go ahead and book again if I find myself up in the area!

Stayed at Falkirk East Hotel, for the weekend so we could go and see the Kelpies which are just down the road. Staff welcomed us really nicely (Misha) room lovely and clean. Breakfast and evening meals brilliant, in fact all the reception staff and bar staff was so welcoming.

You always know what you are getting with the premier inn and the team are so welcoming in both Premier inn and Brewers Fayre. Clean rooms and friendly staff, can't ask for anything more. Will detonated be back again.

Great stay, easy to find, and Heather did us a massive favour helping recover some misplaced luggage. She received an empty taxi for us with just the luggage and paid for it for us! Thanks Heather you were brilliant. Would stay again if am ever in town!

We stayed for three nights to do some sightseeing. The beauty of Premier Inns is you know what you are getting in terms of facilities. However we thought our room was scrupulously clean and well appointed, and the receptionists, all of them, were friendly, kind, helpful. We were left wondering why we sometimes book more expensive hotels when Premier Inns are such value for money. Thankyou for making our first visit to Scotland special.

Stayed here over the Christmas holiday, nice to get away for Christmas. The room was very comfortable and clean with the elves - I mean, staff - all very cheerful and helpful. Bed excellent as always, great sleeps. Maybe not your first choice for location - good views down to Grangemouth! - but when it's lit up at night it could be New York on the horizon...

Enjoyed an extremely comfortable stay here. Just 20 minutes from Edinburgh Airport with easy connections to Edinburgh centre for a fraction of the price of other hotels. Room was spacious, with bath and shower. To top it off, it's just 10 minutes from the Kelpies.
