Lovely bed and breakfast
Hosts were extremely friendly
Room was quiet and very comfortable
Breakfast choices were great
Location was good as we arrived by train which
Was less than a 10 minute walk away
Walk into town 10-15 minutes walk away
Gylly beach 3 minutes walk
I would definitely book to stay here again
One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in for a long time

We really enjoyed our stay at Lugo House. Katie and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, delicious breakfast. Location is superb; 2 minutes walk to the beach and a fabulous beach cafe. Thank you Siobhan and Gabby.

Katie and her team were amazing. Lugo Rock is well located and close to walks around the Cornish coast.
Lugo Rock also helped us out with their laundry service ( which was very reasonably priced) as we ended up seriously muddy on one of the coastal walks.
Breakfast was also delicious and varied.
Would definitely come back when we are down here again.

Great B&B close to the beach and town centre. Room was clean and well equipped, breakfast options were plenty and Katie and her team were super-helpful. We'll come again!

Excellent B&B in Falmouth. Katie, the owner & host, is welcoming, very personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Breakfasts were great, plenty of choice, hot food options, full English or choice of items cooked to order. Room was well presented and spacious, extra heaters provided to make stay comfortable. Would recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be back. The staff were so friendly and helpful, Katie was brilliant in checking up on us to make sure everything was okay. The room was so clean and had a lovely view.

Lugo rock is a great option for a base whilst visiting Falmouth and beyond. The free parking is a bonus if you come by car but the train station is just down the road. Lugo rock is 2 mins from the beach and 5-10 min walk from the town so extremely convenient. Katie and her staff are welcoming and attentive. We had a great stay here

Very nice friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Excellent location for beach and town. Only tiny, minor comment would be that fresh coffee for breakfast rather than instant would be a lot better.
