Older hotel in need of renovations and repair No wifi available during our stay; staff unable to assist. Pillows are old and well used; bathroom was not very clean on arrival. Staff were friendly but not very helpful

Two night stay - my mom and I shared a room because my dad was in the hospital. We arrived late our first night. The lady at the front desk was quick and nice. Come to find our room had mold on one wall. She quickly moved us to a new room. Next morning, upon the first flush of the day our toilet started overflowing. We shut the water off, finished getting ready, then just used the toilet downstairs. We were off to the hospital and let the front desk know what happened. We were given a plunger to try to fix the issue but it did not work. We arrive back that evening to a clean bathroom and it appeared the toilet was fixed. Used it again and the SAME THING started happening. My mom had fallen asleep so I didn't want to wake her. She woke to use the bathroom but had to go downstairs. Desk lady was super busy checking in a bunch of people and said she'd get back to us. She never did. Following morning the smoke alarms went off at 6:20 AM. Had to keep using the bathroom in the lobby. Asked for a partial refund and was supposed to hear back from a manager. Never heard anything. We should have checked out and left the first time but we were so tired and exhausted. Hotel in general is in need of a facelift.

Bathroom door had stains on it as if someone dropped a drink and was never cleaned was on the wall too.

Our room was decent. Bed was comfy and lots of room but the bathroom shower head could have been replaced. The hot tub could have used a new filter since there was floaters in tub but the pool was good. Breakfast wasn’t terrible

The location was convenient and the staff was friendly. The bathroom felt dingy and in need of a deep clean. Housekeeping could have cleaned the room better. There were ceumbs on the floor still and the curtains had stains on them. Would not stay again.

Definitely run down. Needs a face lift. Large hole in wall for sewer pipe?! Scuffed up walls, rusty fixtures. Phone didn’t work. It worked for a night, kids tournament.

Because I booked through ******* the information on the room did not match what was actually in the room. I booked what I thought was a king bed and pullout sofa bed by the description. What I got was a king bed with two chairs and an ottoman. This was not what I needed for me and my adult son. I was charged $20 for a cot for my 21 year old 6 ft tall son to sleep on. Not happy about it. The hotel was sold out and no option to change rooms.

Bed was comfortable. Room was dusty and smelled like smoke. Bathroom outlet did not work, which was inconvenient.
