Two night stay - my mom and I shared a room because my dad was in the hospital. We arrived late our first night. The lady at the front desk was quick and nice. Come to find our room had mold on one wall. She quickly moved us to a new room. Next morning, upon the first flush of the day our toilet started overflowing. We shut the water off, finished getting ready, then just used the toilet downstairs. We were off to the hospital and let the front desk know what happened. We were given a plunger to try to fix the issue but it did not work. We arrive back that evening to a clean bathroom and it appeared the toilet was fixed. Used it again and the SAME THING started happening. My mom had fallen asleep so I didn't want to wake her. She woke to use the bathroom but had to go downstairs. Desk lady was super busy checking in a bunch of people and said she'd get back to us. She never did. Following morning the smoke alarms went off at 6:20 AM. Had to keep using the bathroom in the lobby. Asked for a partial refund and was supposed to hear back from a manager. Never heard anything. We should have checked out and left the first time but we were so tired and exhausted. Hotel in general is in need of a facelift.
